  1. Today is my 5 month out day. Exactly 100 pounds down. Started at 391 and am 291 today. I'm 6 foot 2 ahold my goal weight is in the 215 to 220 range. So a ways to go.   2. Hello all..I'm 6 months out today, and feeling good. Weight loss has slowed a bit but I blame it on my lack of exercise ..eating hasn't been too bad. Starting weight 391 Today. 282 I want to lose another 40 or so pounds. I'm 6 foot 3..so don't wanna be puny lol..never thought I'd worry about getting too skinny..amazing tool we have been blessed with. Adding years to my life to be able to enjoy my kids for a long time. Here's a pic before surgery and one a few days ago.     6 months postop with pics

    I'm active. I have 5 year old triplets so I'm pretty nonstop. But need to dedicate a good 30 minutes a day to cardio. Not enough time in the day

    I have had 3 or 4 glasses in a night. Only drink once a week or at a sporting event. I'm 6 foot 2 and finally under 300 pounds but honestly I don't get very buzzed on that...just nice to enjoy a drink with the guys at a sporting event. Although I do get crap about drinking wine when they are drinking manly beers. Weight still falling off so it seems to b ok for me
  7. I drink a non carbonated Monster Tea/lemondade a day..10 calories hardly any carbs...gives me a great boost and no bad effects.

    Having some wine now...really no difference in how buzzed I get from preop ..4 months out..3 or 4 glasses of wine so fine...I actually lose more after a night of a few drive.KS. wine is my new sweets...haven't had sweets in 5 months

    Congrats! Make sure you take a lot of laps around the nurses station. Will help immensely.

    Carbs?

    I average about 700 calories a day under 20 carbs...3 1/2 months out down 86 total.
  18. Starting weight : 391 Today: 309 Feeling great, 70 pounds till goal, I'm 6 foot 3 so don't wanna get too low, lol..... For the newly sleeved people keep at it, be patient it will come off if toy stick to your diet. I have not 'cheated' once and don't miss food at all..

  20. Hi.. I'm 3 months out and was told I can take tylenol pills. I'm out and have advil here. Does anyone know of its ok to take or is that on the no list
  21. Highest weight: 391 Pre op diet weight: 385 Surgery weight: 367 Today: 308 So about 77 pounds in 13 weeks. Have had a few stalls but upped my calories a bit in the past 2 weeks and its flying off again. I actually added meatballs to my diet and it started me losing again lol. Whodathunkit. Hopefully by end of the month be under 300 and headed to my goal of about 225 to 230
