Just back home after long day in town. I had my f/u appointment with the dietician and the surgeon today. O.K. the official word is that I have have lost over 28.3 kgs. (remember lbs. people multiply 28.3 X 2.2 = total 62.26 lbs. lost). since I started on this path April of 2012. I have lost 13.2 kgs. (13.2 X 2.2 = 29.04 lbs.) since my surgery on 11/29/12.
