Hello, I am newly banded. I had surgery about a month ago. I have lost about 17 lbs. I wanted to know how many grams of protein, fat, carbs, etc. do you have each day to be satisfied and successful.
So true about stressing over grams of everything. I guess because I am new to this I need a little bit of reassurance that I will drop the weight. I am still learning about my new body and trying to figure out the best approach for maximum weight loss. Thanks for your reply and congrats on your weight loss.
