I can totally relate to what ur describing. I was sleeved 9.20.12. I just have to eat slower & pretty much go on the amount I ate in my past. How much have u lost? -
I eat chocolate, ice cream & other "stuff" that I feel I shouldn't eat. However I do it all in moderation(i do have will power & "sleeve"). I have still managed to stay as gluten free as possible & eat a clean diet. I am still human:-) I have been very blessed to have lost 80lbs & need 38lbs to lose to reach my goal of 130!!!! Slow & steady:-)

I'd say its not too shabby. I have 38 more lbs to lose. I'm hoping it comes off easily.

I am a true believer not to drink ur calories. However since surgery I cannot go a morning w/out my daily Starbucks decafe mocha, no whip soy milk extra Hott. -
So I'm a lil over 6 mths fr/ being sleeved & joined the gym last mth. Well I finally got up the courage/ energy to actually step foot in the gym & workout( having a workout buddy def helped). I'm very pleased to say my scale has moved down by 2lbs. I have lost 80lbs now w/ 38 more to lose:-) I got this!!!

It could be stomach acid. I had it & was unaware of what it was. My Dr gave me a script & now it's controlled. -
It seems I stall & then 3wks into a stall I lose 2-3lbs. I admit its super frustrating!!!

I went in Feb of this yr & had the lunch portion of the miso salmon w/asparagus. However I still had leftovers. Oh yeah & for dessert I had the Godiva chocolate cheese cake or should u say a few bites:-) -
