I've never been one to measure or be concerned w/ what I should be drinking or consuming.I just know the approximate of what I should be getting in & I listen to my body. However after realizing i might b dehydrated i thought i might ask:-) My stats r as follows: sleeved 9.20.12. I'm down 90 lbs so I'm now 158lbs w/ only 28lbs until my personal goal.

So how much water r we suppose to drink in one day? I'm about 8mths post op & I live in TX. Since this Mon I have felt sick as if I'm weak or lacking hydration.

I started at 248lbs. On the day of surgery 9.20.12 I was 232/233lbs. I am now 158lbs. My personal goal weight is 130lbs & I'm only 28 lbs away!!!! BTW I am 5'3. I believe any goal is obtainable w/ the use of our sleeve, healthier eating & exercise. -
Any tips or suggestions. It seems like I'm all tummy!!!

My all time favorite protein is About Time. I love the birthday cake, mocha mint & unflavored:-) They r gluten free, lactose free, no artificial flavoring a, zero carbs & zero fat !!!!! What I love the most is there's no weird after taste for me.

FYI... There r sample packs to buy, so u can actually try out the flavored before buying a whole 2lbs.

I have bought mine both on About Times website & through Amazon. When I purchase through About Time I use a promo code: Vevian for I believe a 20 or 25% discount. I'm a big coffee drinker since being sleeved & just started adding the unflavored to my coffee & it does not get chunky or change the flavor.

I'm down 90lbs as of today w/ only 28 until my personal goal weight of 130lbs!!!! I'm so thankful for my sleeve:-)

I have many pieces, but one in particular is my size 8 Michael Korrs pants I bought. Well today I put them on & they fit, but a tad snug still. -

I just broke a stall by replacing 2 of my meals w/ protein shakes:-) I'm hoping this trend continues!!! SW:248lbs CW:161lbs GW:130lbs I'm so close, but so far!!!! -

I wasn't a big coffee drinker prior to being sleeved, but I am now. I drink coffee everyday. I enjoy this fr/ Starbucks- tall decaf mocha, soy milk, no whip , extra hot!!! I checked w/ my dr & they said it was fine;-) -
