Ta-da :confused: We're too chatty for the forum hah hah. I was trying to post last night, let me see if I can remember it. Well.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERRY!!!!! My parents go to Bahamas tomorrow so they watched Carson last night. About to call her and see when she wants me to pick him up. I have a spa appointment at 3.. my uncle got me and my friend a spa gift certificate for Christmas which expires this month, so we are getting massages, facials, and exfoliating body something or another. Wouldn't you know TOM started this morning, what fun luck is that. Went to the dentist yesterday, and it's a new one that is 100% covered by my insurance (for normal stuff). I asked about getting an implant in my missing side tooth.. I've wanted one for like 7 years now, it just sounds painful so I put it off. Back when I originally wanted it, it was going to be $1,200. This dentist said $2.5k-3k and since it's been so long I Have bone loss in my jaw so he said if they have to do a bone graph it would be even more. My goodness. Looks like the implant thing may be a pipe dream. BCBS processed my receipts for Carson's formula. I sent them 3 receipts totalling $200.. they have 2 of them listed, so it says claim is $89 (they're ignoring the $100 one some reason ugh) and says not processed till my doc gives them more info.. they'll give them whatever, but I don't know why they are ignoring the big receipt. Which means I get to call Monday and say DON'T MAKE MY LIFE HARD!!!!! Why can't things just be EASY. Monday we have our house closing (for re-finance), Tuesday is Carson's 2 month check-up, and Wednesday I go to lap-band doc.. then Thursday Russ has dentist. Busy busy.

LOL I'm here, just reading. It got resolved, I got my money-she's not fired, but she's on my "I'm mean to you" list, which is very short.. well, actually only includes her at work har har. Not much updating to do here, just got back from dentist, Carson is doing good and finally will smile at me (instead of everyone else)... his sleeping is getting better at night, he just wants to be 'up for the day' at 5am (oy). But he has his first set of immunizations on Tues. and I hear that makes them feel bad for a few days.. and I think he's teething already, he keeps doing his tongue on his front bottom gum and making a lot of spit bubbles.

Oh, any of you watch Tori & Dean? I saw their nanny is getting the lap-band..

Oh dear, this morning they diverted it?? Hadn't heard about it. Must have been bad weather en route, we just had light rain; and I've seen planes coming in during tornado warnings. I'm sooooooo hungry...

Not chewing butt, venting around here. The person in question isn't here today (yet) which is very odd, considering they never are out without letting everyone know in an e-mail. HMMMM. She didn't catch wind of it, so I don't know what's going on. Having a meeting about it after lunch. Gotta be calm and professional. It's war though, if she doesn't get fired, I am no longer nice to her. I'll smack a bitch.

I've been watching it too, I even voted for Janice to stay (since she hadn't done anything yet, she's conveniently always too sick to do anything but eat and sleep and complain lol). Heidi & Spencer... I JUST watched a Hills marathon the week before Celebrity started.. otherwise I'd have had no idea who they are. Now, knowing who they are; makes the show hilarious. But 3/4 shows they have left. I figure they're gone for good now, what do you guys think? Sanjaya is like Janice's little cabana boy, reminds me of the MadTV skit with the cabana boy. Oh and I think the dynamics between the Baldwins is very interesting. Stephen was dominant till his brother came, now you can tell he is a little brother, how he acts around him.

Jane, my BCBS won't cover any obesity treatments, but my band doc put me on phensomethinoranother a month after banding (for 1 month) and BCBS did cover a prescription.

Oh the good news, sadly it's VERY SLOW.. but I did lose 2lbs this month. This time last year I was losing very quickly (although I did have a great fill).

My original surgery was roughly 15k out of pocket, which included 6 adjustments for free. 2 adjustments later they realized my port had flipped and no adjustments worked, so 2.5k out of pocket surgery and they said they would start the fills back over, since they hadn't worked yet. Now they're taking that back (ugh). It's not too expensive, $75.. but keep in mind it's 6 hours of driving, so that's gas money & have to take a day off work. I had planned on going to a fill doc 1.5 hours away after my free fills are up--but had a guilty conscious about it, because I really liked my doc..., now I'm just irritated about them not honoring the starting over, having to stand in the waiting room, not getting to see the doc, etc. So I guess it's good, they pissed me off and now I don't feel so bad going somewhere else. I have an appt. next week, going to talk to doc about the bill and see. The one 1.5hours away, is free if you don't need an adjustment (which I wouldn't go if I didn't) and $150 per adjustment; but all adjustments are under fluero. Current doc doesn't do fluero, but I had to 2x when they couldn't get the first 2 fills to work-- which was $300each out of pocket since my insurance doesn't pay. If they won't get this sorted out, I'll be $150 out of pocket for last time's fill and this time's fill. Hopefully next week's fill will get me back to where I need to be.

I always loved my band doc, and this last time I went his business has really picked up, waiting room only had standing room..and had to wait a long time, then the doc wasn't even there, had to see his doc assistant (first time that's happened) but whatever... I got a bill Friday, they charging me; I am still on my 6 free adjustments--when I had to have revision surgery they said they'd start over counting since none of them worked.. and it was all out of pocket for the 2nd surgery. So everytime I go, I double check how many free are left. I have 1 more free left. So I called the billing this morning to ask her why I got this bill, she said she asked the doctor and he said they ARE NOT starting over since the 2nd surgery. I don't have anything in writing unfortunately, but this just sits bad with me. They are starting to lose all of their customer service perks I always liked, and now they forgot the deal they made with me. Argh. I go back next week, she said I'd have to talk to the doc then about this. Very disappointing that I no longer rave about how close and friendly the staff is, now they are becoming like a Wal-mart.. only cares about how many people they can get in as quick as then can.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I'm about to hit the hay after our cookout. I kept telling Russell for our anniversary, I want to see if the lady who did our wedding cake could make a small anniversary cake. I am betting she would. I've been saying this for months (our 1 year we had the top of the cake, and despite freezing for a year it was still FANTASTIC). So I just realized our 2 year anniversary is a month from today!! Now I doubt she will be able to do it on such short notice, but I e-mailed her to find out anyway. It was sooooo yum.. almond poundcake with hand-made raspberry & caramel buttercream filling, and vanilla buttercream covering.. slurp. I thought it'd be a neat tradition for us to get her to make us a cake every year (what can I say, I never actually need a reason to get a cake, but this at least justified it instead of me paying to get a professional hand-made cake for no reason).

Terry that's not true, something me and my mom realized a while ago.. NO FAMILY is free of disfunction, they're just better at hiding it. My bro & sister.. and my parents have been married 31 years! Divorce doesn't give your kid bipolar. Don't blame yourself, it won't help you or him!

Ooooo was lookin' at stuff in the area according to the house's website.. Boaz Outlet mall, says it's 20min away. That place is fantastic, I haven't been there since high school. For shopping, I highly recommend it.

I was yellow, green, bloated, and sickly looking. My face like doubled in size. Then everyone else is just perfect Speakin of which, shows how uneducated I am about geography, I thought Turkey was people who are predominantly brown hair/brown eyes (like Iran, etc.). So I thought Heather was just special (cause I always thought you looked Irish). Anyway, I was reading this morning about figuring out eye color of babies, and it had random facts, and said Turkey has the most green-eyed population in the world. HUH. I would have thought Ireland. So Turkey must not be anything like I thought. It's sad how bad geography classes are in America... What I found out about Carson's eyecolor, he has 50% chance of brown, 25% green, 25% blue.

hah hah honestly don't know in guntersville, i tried to google and that restaurant is all i found (plus all the fast food places). I pass thru on our way to band doc, and it's pretty close to gadsden which may be the place to eat & shop. I'll try to do some more research this week.
