Drink a lot of water too Tracy, it keeps things moving. I have to preen, day 5 of good eating. I started solids yesterday, kind of. Today I had solid solids (kielbasa and cauliflower). I am tracking every bite I put in my mouth, and this is the best 5 days I've had since pre-pregnancy. I am under 1600 calories every day. I feel a little more restriction today than I did before I started the liquid diet, so hopefully I'm on the right path. Down another pound too!

If they can't don't panic too much Michelle, there's been threads about tightness from flying and it seemed very rare. I flew shortly after banding and several times since and it's never made my band change. I saw a weird bug in the air yesterday when watering my trees, and I keep googling and can't find anything. It was like a black and white X. It was like a thin stick and just floating in the air.. I spazzed out and ran away lol.

I can't do audio books period, my brain zones out of people talking on radios.. like commercials, Russell will laugh and I go what? And he points out the commercial was funny, I never even heard it. I've tried to do audio books and my brain wanders so much I miss everything! Carson is getting sooo big. We were having a wonderful mother son moment (he gives me big smiles, coos and tries to talk to me, and giggles a lot now)... laying head to head on the bed, I'm talking, he's giggling and cooing. Then he goes BLACH all over me.. lol. We both just got baths. He spits up so much it's ridiculous, I told the doc about it, and he said "Well, it looks like he keeps plenty down" (referring to his size). I hate that there's no cute name for Carson, the best I came up with is Carsey but it doesn't come out well for me. So I keep having to call him baby and stinker.

I can bring mine, Dove Shine Therapy... actually I keep old stuff too, I think I got some herbal essance somewhere. Oh lost 6lbs since going on liquids.. in the 240's now.. woohoo moving again. On hold with insurance, they cover the formula Carson is on, but it's been a MONTH now that I call them every week asking why it's not being processed and they come up with some BS thing I need to submit. I submit whatever they need every time (after callin doc, waiting for them to call me back), and then they come up with something new. I hate insurance, they are such jackasses. They owe me $500 right now, and it keeps adding up. Wonder how long they're going to drag this out; I know they cover the formula with a Rx.. which we have, with a diagnosis code.. which we have, with a tax ID code.. WHICH WE HAVE..arghghghghgh.

I made baby for the trip, whew, I'm done. Glad the maid service comes Wed. in case ya'll decide to come over lol.

Yay I'm so excited, we're so close. Haydee what is the name of that store I went nuts in in Houston? I am a shopaholic and I swear to you I have been fantasizing about that store. It was so cheap and so cute, and I am so mad we don't have a store like that. But I was going to try to find the closest one, I may take a road trip if it's not too far, but I can't remember the name. I am so desperate, I thought about sending you there with a camera phone.. hehehehehe. Oh and starting Day 3 of liquid diet ) It's getting easy, please oh please be helping my pouch!! I just had to change the channel when a red lobster commercial came on, and another forum I'm at, a hot topic is 'toasted ravioli' so I kept having to avert my eyes from the newsfeed lol. I lost 2lbs yesterday hah.

Ya'll see PETA is mad about Obama killing a fly? They are so ridiculous. Anyway just the way of things, I told ya'll my cousin from Canada is coming next weekend; well my parents are in Bahamas and like last year they decided to stay longer. So they won't be here for tomorrow (father's day) cook out, so dad just called and said we're doing the father's day cookout next weekend. I told him I'll be on my trip, but I told him since it's in Guntersville I plan on just coming back for an hour to say hi to cousin & now wish him a late father's day lol. We never have anything special goin on, our cook outs are routine, and the one time they decide to do special stuff it's when I'm going to be with my V's!

Frusion smoothies are delicious.. they're dannon yogurt smoothies, wild berry is the one I tried, I also got I think strawberry but wild berry..2 thumbs up!

Ok! I got a big thing of Margarita Mix, a big thing of Pina Colada mix (slurp), and a small thing of Zing Zang's bloody mary mix.. this is a semi-regional thing, if you like bloody marys, this is the best mix evah. Russ probably thinks I up and turned into an alcoholic.

I am running to Publix soon to pick up some stuff for the liquid diet.. I think I'm just going to do liquid diet 5 days, to shrink it down not 'test' it. Anyway, I am picking up another box of Judy's drink mix; by time I got her text back we were way far away hehe. I know yall plan on shopping, but since I'm not contributing to the house, I'll get expensive things like dranks! I know Jane got some, if you guys get this and think of something to grab, text me or call me!

Day 1 of liquid diet, so far so good.. but this isn't the hard time for me, I can not eat till 5 normally and be fine. But I'm trying not to ever get 'starving'. I had some of the liquid of corn chowder & french onion soup, and 2 sugar free jellos so far today. Got several soups from Jason's Deli to go, so going to use those for the next 2 days.

YAY PAM!!! Eliptical is a bitch too, I can do like 3 minutes before dying. It hurts my legs so bad. Way to go!

I'm starting the 5 day pouch test tomorrow. I am at 3.5cc now, and today I had a frisco burger from Hardee's. It wasn't even good. I'm just sabotaging myself because I know I can. I should add, I started myplate back again today and after seeing the gross amount of calories in the burger, I adjusted the rest of my day. 140c yogurt, 200c of crab & 2 handfuls of red grapes.

One more post, Judy you may really like this with all the pics you have of Grady!! www.snapfish.com has a collage feature, so I tested it and they turned out awesome, I wish I had more pics to collage lol. Anyway you upload your pics, then you can order picture items, prints, posters, etc. So for collage poster, you pick how many pics you want on it (I picked these 5) and the orientation and it places them.. then you can 'shuffle' and it smartly reorganizes the size of the pictures and re-aligns them. Then you pick the background color. Very cool, I bought 2 posters (16x20) and frames, and voila, looks like those cut-out mat frames but a lot less work..

Oh that reminded me Judy, at my last doc visit..... well preface, my mom has been talking about rice cereal in the bottle helps them sleep better, but when you google this.. oh man, the flogging. DO NOT GIVE BABY CEREAL IN A BOTTLE THEY WILL DIE!!! And only give it after 6 months by spoon. I already told ya'll about all this. My doc's aren't very conventional though, so I figured they may tell me to do it eventually. Well, this last visit I told him how Carson spits up A LOT.. and then when I said he only sleeps 2 hours at a time at night, the doc gave me this look and says "Oh no, I'm sorry". LOL. I don't wanna know about all the people whose babies sleep through the night by now! I know my friend who has a 1 year old now, he was sleeping through the night at 4 weeks. Makes me sad! Anyway, he said to put rice cereal in his bottle at night (only) to help with the reflux (thats what he thinks it is, and I did too), and he said it should help him sleep better. Well 2 nights on it; first off, nipples for cereal are ridiculous. He told me to make the hole bigger, vague instructions, I couldn't get this right; ended up ruining several nipples. Bought cereal nipples with the Y opening-- what a joke. I can't even push air out with the bag, it's so stubborn. He couldn't get anything to come out either (I only had 2tsp in 4oz of formula). So I tried a fast flow nipple, which works, but he just gulps it down now. Anyway for the 2 nights using rice cereal, he is not sleeping any longer (doh) but he does not spit up AT ALL with the rice cereal bottles. Still a gusher when it comes to no-cereal though. About Chocolate cool whip...... I HATE cool whip, I think it's absolutely disgusting. But my g'ma makes angel food cake, and brings chocolate cool whip to put on top..I think the choco cool whip is very good, so I give it 2 thumbs up. To save on calories or fat or whatever else though, my g'ma has been buying the Cool Whip Lite & adding cocoa powder (which has no nutritional info, 0 sugar, etc). It tastes just like the choco cool whip.
