Those pics are great Michelle, she is so cute!!! Carson got his shots today, They gave him baby Zantac for his reflux. Hope this helps with his recent inability to sleep at night. I get a fill Wed, hopefully that helps with my recent inability to quit eating. FEH. I feel the band again though, just not restricted. This time will do it!! I figured out how to get my Showtime & HBO on-demand to work (after all this time) and see they have new release movies on there. So excited, I'll be vegging out even more heh heh. About to go watch some new series Russell got into and wants me to give a try.. Defying Gravity.. some sci-fi that he says isn't all sci-fi'y. Mmhm.

I'll get things together to compile the Christmas Santa list by the end of the week. Zonked today, no idea why. Took Carson swimming for about 30 minutes, he had his new little sunglasses on, and we have nicknamed his weewee "Nirvana" now.. cause he looks like that Nirvana cover out there lol. I just got him to bed, going to go try to nap before he wakes up. We've figured out he's in his 4-month sleep regression. FUN.

Have fun Haydee! Yes, luckily mom takes him Saturday, that's one way I am keeping my sanity, repeating it over and over in my head. Mom found an article, that babies hit a 'sleep regression' around 4, 9, and 12 months. Where they go back to baby sleep hell for a couple of weeks, then they go back to good. I guess that's the answer.

I watch those too Terry! I just started Obsessed, I don't really like it.. dare I say, it's boring. There's always 1 interesting story, and then one boring one.. and since they flip back and forth my ADD gets tired of it hehe. Sadly if you watch the Intervention follow ups, it's no more hope really than the reality of things. It can take a lifetime to get clean, and doing an intervention isn't the kick in the pants people need to be motivated. They really have to hit rock bottom and want it for themselves.

Our tax free weekend was last weekend, I got a new work laptop (omg Best Buy made you wait in this stupid line for an associate; we didn't need one but had to wait anyway), and clothes. School started here this past week, and 3 days in a row we've had a major wreck on the interstate, so all 3 lanes to my house are like a parking lot. First time, we were running late getting home from work as it is-and Carson eats as soon as we get home, so he was cranky.. then we get stuck on the interstate for an hour. He was screaming the entire time, I crawled in the back and just stuck my finger in his mouth and tried to console him.. and learned from that, to carry the stuff to make an emergency bottle. He didn't sleep last night either, 1-5am, maybe 1 hour total spread over 5-10m at a time. So of course, I'm on 2 nights of no sleep. Good thing I got a mini-vaca last weekend. I don't know what's going on, I don't feel buds for teething. I think I may need to go back to Nutramagen, he seems pretty gassy, maybe it's hurting him. Curse the breastmilk problems!!! I learned how to make my McD's iced mochas at home. Had one this morning, I approve, it's a lot cheaper, and we didn't have to go to McD's. Plus I got to add extra expresso, since well.. I need it!!! We're celebrating Russ' bday this weekend at the cookout. My cousin Lindsey too.. who, I don't know if I told ya'll (probably not, I've been QUIET eek)... she's a sports nut, plays all sports, was working on a scholarship with volleyball and softball... she had volleyball camp this summer (3 of them, which confused me), so at her 3rd one; she tore her ACU (I think that's right, the thing in your knee..maybe ACL). She had to have surgery, she's in PT now, and they told her she can't play sports again. I haven't seen her since this all happened, not sure how she feels about it. She wants to go into sports medicine ironically, so I guess she could still do that, but without the scholarship, not sure what they will do..

You're filming pasties? (Reading what I want!)

Not much to say, have just been reading what ya'll post. Terry, as hard as it is, at least you did uphold YOUR end. I think that is so important, and the main cause of my sister never cleaning up her act. I've tried to drop this line to my parents but it doesn't click.... Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result. When you allow it, bend the rules, don't enforce what you're suppose to... it all repeats itself. Keep strong, you're doing the best thing.

Me and mom got coupons from Tunica (about $600 each), and dad is playing a tournament this weekend.. so we're going for a night. They're running an hour late heh. Russell just left with Carson, he's going to his parents in TN. They are watching him one night in Sept. so he's going to help them relearn how to take care of a baby hehe. I am so nervous about him driving up there, the boondocks are such scary windy roads and everyone flies through them and it's about 40 minutes of them. Holding my mommy breath, and told Russell to call me the second he pulls into the driveway before everyone comes help him bring stuff in. See ya'll later, have fun with the new one Kat!

(Silent Treatment at the end is my favorite!!!) ~WOMAN'S PERFECT BREAKFAST~ She's sitting at the table with her gourmet coffee. Her son is on the cover of the Wheaties box. Her daughter is on the cover of Business Week. Her boyfriend is on the cover of Playgirl. And her husband is on the back of the milk carton. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~WOMEN'S REVENGE~ 'Cash, check or charge?' I asked, after folding items the woman wished to purchase. As she fumbled for her wallet , I noticed a remote control for a television set in her purse. 'So, do you always carry your TV remote?' I asked. 'No,' she replied, 'but my husband refused to come shopping with me, and I figured this was the most evil thing I could do to him legally. ' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~UNDERSTANDING WOMEN~ (A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE) I know I'm not going to understand women. I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax, pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root, and still be afraid of a spider. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~MARRIAGE SEMINAR~ While attending a Marriage Seminar dealing with communication, Joe and his wife Ann listened to the instructor, 'It is essential that husbands and wives know each other's likes and dislikes. ' He addressed the man, 'Can you name your wife's favorite flower?' Tom leaned over, touched his wife's arm gently and whispered, 'It's Pillsbury, isn't it? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~WIFE VS. HUSBAND~ A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs, the husband asked sarcastically, 'Relatives of yours?' 'Yep,' the wife replied, 'in-laws. ' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~WORDS~ A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a day...30,000 to a man's 15,000. The wife replied, 'The reason has to be because we have to repeat everything to men.. The husband then turned to his wife and asked, 'What?' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~CREATION~ A man said to his wife one day, 'I don't know how you can be so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time. 'The wife responded, 'Allow me to explain. God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you ! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~WHO DOES WHAT~ A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning. The wife said, 'You should do it because you get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee. The husband said, 'You are in charge of cooking around here and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee. ' Wife replies, 'No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible that the man should do the coffee. ' Husband replies, 'I can't believe that, show me. ' So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says 'HEBREWS' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~The Silent Treatment~ A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day, he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a piece of paper, 'Please wake me at 5:00 AM.' He left it where he knew she would find it. The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM and he had missed his flight Furious, he was about to go and see why his wife hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper said, 'It is 5:00 AM. Wake up. ' Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests

How did you like Funny People? I must have missed the photo links, post again please?)

Russell stepped on my mouse/usb drive on my laptop, broke my laptop. It kept saying the usb drive was overloaded (with nothing plugged in). So we got one of our older laptops out of the closet (we have 4 now, each with something wrong with it...) I keep having to pick the lesser of 4 evils. The one I'm using now is super slow, but the USB works..

Pregnancy After Miscarraige
Daisalana replied to rodriguezequal's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
Wow lucky ) I just looked like I was slowly (or not so slowly) getting fat again. I seriously didn't look pregnant till the week I was induced. And that was only because I exaggeratedly stuck my belly out from backaches. -
Canned chicken sounds a lot better, the bagged ham I bought for it.. was way too salty and overpowering. I made bbq pork loin and home fries tonight.. yum.. ate way too much.. who is banded? not me!

I got books I ordered today. I will have to come back to Pie & Pi books, they just have me on the fence right now. I got The Help (Amazon suggestion), The Color of Water (sounds really good; Amazon suggestion), and The Time Traveller's Wife. Let ya know what I think!

Pregnant with TWINS!!!!!!
Daisalana replied to Newme76's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
That's true, I imagine after having 2 at once, if you have any more single after that it'll make that a breeze! -
I bought it on Itunes.. I bought She too )

Just found out some news that pissed me off. I have a hippie aunt in Canada, she's lived there over 20 years. She apparently has dual-citizenship (why????). Anyway she came down to America to vote for Obama, then went back home to Canada. What the hell??? And she's happy with what he's doing so far; yeah it doesn't effect her one iota. Pisses me off.

Pam, not that there was any doubt that you'd like it... but the ending is very good too!! Judy I saw your comment at the end about every teacher should read it. It's been a year, I don't remember anything about teachers, am I brain farting??

I bought an outfit for him a while back and forgot about it (saw it in the closet yesterday). Thank goodness I saw it, he's almost out of that size!! But I put it on, it is SO CUTE. I love the poofy plaid pants (they have a pocket on the butt too hehe).

Pregnant with TWINS!!!!!!
Daisalana replied to Newme76's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
I didn't mean to sound like I was poopooing on your parade, because let's face it.. 1,2, or even 3 you're just through the roof because you're having babies  It just made me think of people I hear around here (not moms yet) hoping to have twins, and I just think..whew, if you only knew how much work just 1 is, you wouldn't hope for it hehe. -
:crying:Here's Russ' haircut. I don't dislike it, but I loved the long hair. Everyone keeps giving him grief, so I told him he can cut it but don't shave it (he gained too much weight, shaved head looks really bad on him). This works out, he can not wear his hat (which is a cold day in hell) and it still looks alright. And here's stinky with his grambee outfit on. I think his eyes are stayin' blue!

Haydee, when I got preg I became a frequent to the LBT pregnancy area. I still haunt there even though I'm not preg, I like to follow progress of the other girls I was preg with... and now I see SO MANY new LBT'ers are joining every day, so much babiness in the air. I was just thinking about you, can't wait till you can join in there... and post your positive stick, and ultrasounds, and and... hehehehe. I have baby fever for you. I'm not looking forward to doing it again just yet, but I like to excitement of tracking it.

Pregnant with TWINS!!!!!!
Daisalana replied to Newme76's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
HEHEHE about twins. They sound so cute and they're lovely to look at. But I gotta say, after being a new mom for almost 4 months now, I think twins are something people who aren't moms hope for. I...could...not...imagine. I was secretly hoping I would have twins, now I know.. God knew better! But how exciting for you, twice the snuggles and cuddles! It would be neat since they are fraternal to have one boy and one girl!
