I thought maybe it was a slab of butter on a bun LOL. I knew that couldn't be right. The port leaks, so *I* thought maybe the tube disconnected. When they did the xrays and everything it's hard to figure out what happened, but to ME (untrained) that's what I thought. He had 2 other docs with him and they debated. So, I thought we were reconnecting the port. Well, they are charging me for a new lap-band, because the nurse said they are replacing the port-- which means they have to open a whole new pack. I am HOPING when they get in there, it's just disconnected and they can fix it, and then I get refunded $2,100ish of the money for no new band. But at this point they anticipate replacing the port. I guess when they get in there and figure out why it's leaking they will make that call. So one way or another, they're fixing the leaking port. I am asking him before they put me down, to FILL IT while I am under. He did last time they did port revision, but I want to make sure. I can't wait another month for this thing to get to working.

Oh Haydee, when it is YOUR baby, you won't even notice the cone head. Could have the weirdest looking baby, and feet growing out of its nose...and ALL you will see is perfection. I promise God designed us special like that. Have fun shopping!!! I will update my ticker officially this weekend after my surgery. Figured there was no need to show a ticker going UP, would just make me more sad. I stopped weighing myself, but I go to the doc a lot lately and they all weigh me, I just try not to look heh. Carson had a perfectly round head & face, since he never got low enough to get into the birth canal and coming out via c-section. Some babies have VERY cone shaped heads, I know it's not true, but I always think that's why they put the cute caps on all babies hah hah. (I know it's for warmth). Babies go from oh my goodness cone head, to AWWW with just those lil caps.

LOL... Yes, Luke.. and yes, ALL babies that go through the vagina (or sit low for a long time before a c-section) end up with a cone head. It goes away in a day or two. Their skull is 4 disconnected parts (for birthing), and when they come down the canal, the parts slide over each other to make that cone shape, then it settles... Then as they grow older it fuses together and voila we have a normal hard head. That's why babies have the soft spots.

I don't know much about this stuff, this is through the company and it comes out before taxes on my paycheck. 401k is only one they offer..

You know, he would have Judy, but we were talking about Haydee's wedding.. ; ) Last year 401k does some ADP test, which means because I am family I can't have special benefits.. meaning, I can't have a large amount of 401k contributions if everyone else isn't. So last year I was putting in 9%, and I apparently failed the test so they sent back $500 and I lost all earning I made on it. HR said she ran the test for this year---this year, I dropped to 5%--and as of 9/30 I am over by $1,600.. doesn't include the weekly contributions of Oct even. UGH. So pissed, the 401k is doing well right now, which means they are going to send me $1,600 (plus oct) in December, and I lose all earnings on it. I'm getting really mad. The only reason I 'fail' is because not a lot of people do 401k here at work in these tough times, so apparently I can't do 401k at all since I am family. So next year (Russ apparently isn't evaulated as fam), we're just gonna have Russ do all the 401k and I'm dropping it.

Yes I am lucky. Dad just wrote the check and said "I can't afford this again". ME NEITHER!!!!! Heather, that's what I would do... or rather, WILL do with Carson. I love to read, but don't know how to pick out a book when I'm at the store (never liked any I did this with). I currently use Amazon recommendations or just browsing Amazon books that have a LOT of high ratings. I trust strangers.. or I go off of what you guys recommend. If he had a reading list, I'd be reading them too just because it's recommended by someone lol.

Haydee, at our cookout Sunday you came up (I was talking about going to your wedding) and my dad goes "Was she the Mexican girl with the really gorgeous face?" lol. Now, as a fat girl I know that sounds like a fat girl compliment... "what a pretty face", but if you heard him say it, you'd know he apparently thought you had the prettiest face he'd ever seen LOL. Just made a payment to the doc today for my surgery. Gotta get the other 5k from my dad tomorrow to get cashier's checks. He said I could pay it off over 2.5 years!!! I don't need that much time, but we're struggling right now, so it's nice to know if I have to miss some payments I have wiggle room. Hopefully economy is going to turn around sometime soon. I think several of us recommended it Heather---I give most books I read to my granny to read, she loved that one too. Oh wait, The Glass Castle or House? Castle is what I recommended. If that's what you meant, granny told me Sunday that the author came out with a new biography about the grandma from the book. She said it was really good.

My cousin was induced this morning, watching her husband tweet all day... lol.

We slept in.. Carson is our alarm clock, he is up at 5/6 or 7.. so he got up at 7 and it was 62 degrees IN THE HOUSE. I ran to get him, came back and turned the heater on. Then NORMALLY he is up again by 8:45 and we get up for work. Today he didn't wake up again at all, we were all snuggled in bed with the heater going lol. I woke up at 10 and actually had to wake Carson up to go to work..oops. Guess I need to set an alarm clock during the cold months.

Welllll Our SS list is HALF of what it was last year, and that's with the ADDITION of Heather!! Just making sure eeeeeveryone sees it that may want to partake :thumbup: Happy Birthday Haydee!!!! My phone vibrated at midnight to tell me it was your birthday LOL. I was going to text you, then I was like nah don't wanna wake her up. My allergies have been so bad.. thanks Carson.. argh.

Haydee, I was going to send you here, you can look at all the colors (PMS colors is what they're called) http://www.easymake.com.au/images/PMS%20Color%20Chart.pdf There's a whole area of shades of green. These aren't named (we have the color books), but once you pick one, you just google PMS ### or PMS Color ### to find the name, then you can take that info to the printer to find the paper color.

OH and I've bought a shirt from Target 2 years ago that was maternity, didn't realize it. Didn't look maternity and I wore it anyway.

My TOM came during my honeymoon... durrrr. My doc actually gave me a pill that stops it though LOL. Haydee, good luck with the honeymoon baby!!! So for Halloween I did so good, got goldfish bags & fruit snacks in little bags... things I would not be tempted to open and eat. But I get home from work and there's a bag on my door that says "BOO".. with a poem about how I've been Boo'd and.. its a bag of reese cups, kitkats, an a box of chocolates. It's from the mommy group I'm in, a secret santa but with candy........ Now I have to do 2 other people, but I don't know anyone's address??? I'm new to the group. In any event, it would be rude for me not to eat it... right?? I don't want to be rude :scared2:

We've been Mid-60's-Mid-70's.. no sun in a while, lots of rain. I love it. We go to his parents Horseshows this weekend in Decatur (about 20m from here). I love this rainy weather but it's going to suck for barn walking!! Periods can be late for all kinds of reasons. And preg tests can not work until you're 6 weeks+.. and you can have periods while preg.. Learned all kinds of stuff in my pregnancy books :thumbup:

We watch Handy Manny, Special Agent Osso, New Mickey Mouse Club, Little Einsteins, and Imagination Movers. They all have horrid songs that are in every dang episode that get stuck in my head. But when Carson wakes up at 5-6am, I put on Disney channel since they don't have commercials and we watch cartoons for a couple hours.

And my surgery is 23rd. I will have Russ text you guys if I'm not up for it.. but I should be fine, was a breeze last time.

Lucky thing to have Haydee, you'll so appreciate it when you have the babies I couldn't imagine having him at a daycare right now, by time we get home from work he's in bed in an hour. I'd only see him an hour a day?! Just got back from the fancy photographer. Oh my gosh, he did so good, he was laughing for her even through all the outfit changes. One of the pics is him in a fuzzy blue elephant coat (has an elephant head hoodie) and a blue fuzzy diaper cover, and blue fuzzy booties... I think I'm going to make that my Christmas card this year. We don't get to see them till next Thursday, but sometimes she gives a preview on her facebook, so if I see them go up I'll show ya.

Modern Family is funny... My favorite new shows this year are The Middle (hilarious) and Hank.
