I'm at work now (where I keep my candles).. it's not mango, it's Mandarin Cranberries.. nom nom nom.

Well, I said that as someone who is addicted to Buttercream and Mango & (something) Yankee candles. I can't believe how much I spend on them and they don't last that long!!!! But once I went Yankee I can't go back. Walmart candles don't smell the same anymore. And thank you ladies!! What the heck DI?? That's really...weird. If I was picking at someone's car (not that I would) and they walked up, I'd be emberassed and run off!!

I really think it was probably a vitamin, cause I have no band pain. and I took purple vitamins last night.. I was burping egg all morning (without egg) and felt full, so I think I had some vitamin stuck in my hole. I am really tight today but I think it's the first time stress caused tightness that I noticed. I was extremely overwhelmed between customers and homework (midterm crap) today. But I promise if it happens again I will call my doc!!! And Kat I'm interested in the pics!! AND YOUR TEXAS PICS!!

Purple power to her!! My rash looks more like poison ivy today. The aching joints must have just been a coincidence??? My left heel is throbbing today with bone ache.. reminds me of when I was a kid and had the aching from growing bones. I had a PB at O'Charleys for lunch... been a while since I had a PB.. but I had soup & tea at that point, and I felt it building. I woke up burping indigestion, tasted like boiled eggs (Yum..especially since I haven't eaten eggs!!).. so it built, got nauseated and threw up soup.. and then a bunch of black stuff?!?!?!?! So I was a little nervous, but going over things I had yesterday could have been a lot of things. I had bacon for dinner, and I take my vitamins late at night, so I am just assuming a vitamin got stuck and thus the egg taste and black bits. Oh one more thing, when I was mass cleaning the boxes this weekend I found all my stationary fun stuff. Ya'll may be getting letters in the mail, I use to love writing on my fun stationary, and may get into it again.. who else would I write besides my V's? :sad_smile:

That's too funny Terry, and it's so you!!!!!! So Kat, does that mean I need to be eating violets??? I won't lie, I am super excited to get my sex drive back. I don't dislike sex, but I rarely instigate.. I found out when I went off b/c for surgeries or whatever, I'm like a rabbit!!!! So it's the b/c that kills it for me.. I told my gyno once, she was more or less unsympathetic. Anyway, so I am a bit excited to get my mojo back for a while. I am on my 2nd benadryl for the night, they make dissolvable strips now.. I love this, almost everything I take now has some dissolvable something so no worrying about pills going through my band. Rash isn't going down at all, and the anti-itch creams don't help for long (10 minutes max). I am starting to think it's just poison ivy. The ache in my hand is mostly gone unless I touch the joints.. but I can bend again without pain. Well, so maybe benadryl is working!! I am loopy, benadryl does that to me.. I'm writing from bed, about to close it up and pass out. Night ladies!! WEEDS IS ON? Crap, if it's a new episode I gotta stay up lol.

Is that hokey? I use to paint him paintings when we were dating early on (he decorated his dorm with them hehe), he always acted like he liked them.. torn about it. And I need my sis to come help me take posed pictures (nothing naked, get your mind out of the gutter!!)

Aww thank you Tracy!! I actually have gotten a lot better, I've read every post for weeks now!!!!! I just don't always comment back (or rarely do I guess).

Congrats on the new job Haydee!! And finding YOU, that's important ) My mom plays Pogo, and she gets nervous if people try to talk to her in those things, so she never says anything in the chat. She said the other night some lady was talking about her daughter wanting WLS, and everyone was going "I know someone who had it, it didn't work/they died/they're always sick", etc. So my mom said she finally had to post, and said "My daughter had the lap-band and is doing great!" and she said EVERYONE started attacking her! She got so upset she logged out of pogo lol. I died laughing, I asked her if she remembers the lady's name so I could get in touch with her, but she was too panicked to remember. I just had like 4 bites of salad (to the tune of $7.00), and the a/c in me and DH office is broken for the 5th time in 1 month. It's a scorcher today. We have our air show this weekend for the company, I invited the in laws, his mom is coming. His dad said today he's not coming, I asked DH why and he said "He thinks he's dying" and I'm like WHAT?? And he goes "Same shit, he always thinks he's dying". I'm baffled, this is first time I heard of this. I dunno, DH isn't acting worried, but that's so bizarre. HIS FAMILY IS SO WEIRD!!!!! I never understand how they do things. I told him to tell his mom to come down Sat. night to stay the night with us so she doesn't have to drive 4 hours on Sunday. I feel like the good DIL! Lastly, I am getting this weird rash.. on my left hand, and belly. It's puffy, and on my hand, it's where my wedding ring was and my thumb near my wrist. It itches like crazy, hurts, and makes my joints hurt. I have been putting stuff on it, and it's getting worse. I don't know what it is, but I'm a little worried. If it was just rash, I'd say it's poison ivy or something, but it makes my whole hand ache down to the bone and to bend my ring finger hurts. Wah :tongue: My granny just had shingles, I thought maybe I got shingles.. but shingles only affects 1 side of the body and I have it on both sides of my stomach.. left hand, and right arm.

I was 23 when I was banded last year. I wish I could have done it sooner :grouphug:

Hey V's!! Haydee I so wish you lived here, now that you're FREE come move this way (wink wink), I'll hook you up with a good job and cost of living is the shizzle here (I said shizzle!!). Been busting my ass going through boxes. Look at the gem I found.. this before pic is my senior pic. This was my 'denial' days, I thought I looked damn good and would you believe I wore a TWO piece that summer? Then I took my senior pic and was horrified, absolutely horrified. I wouldn't let my mom order the pics, so these were the samples. I buried them in a box!!!! Which I just opened.. After pic, tonight.. and those jeans, are size 13 ABSOLUTELY NO STRETCH. I bought them a month ago and they were too tight, now they fit comfortably. I am just amazed more and more every day. One more thing, while looking in boxes, found old diaries.. Diaries from when I met Russell, our whole breaking up & getting back together, poems about him, etc. It made me blush, and he walked by. I hid them. If I die before him, he can read them, otherwise I am way too emberassed hah.. I knew he was special, and reading all of the things I said reminded me!!

Decided to use a new 'before'. My senior pic. I have officially gone into sizes I never wore before!!! WOOHOO. I went straight from old ladies clothes at 10 years old into men's big sizes.

Oh and in case anyone is wondering, the new Alanis Morissette CD gets 2 thumbs up from me!!!!

ROFLMAO, lolcatz kill me, I am always looking those up!! Today I am doing my belated unpacking from moving and spring cleaning lol. We have dozens of boxes in our big closets and in the guest room I never unpacked. Going to go through and throw out or put up! And in our house, we got all the fixtures to be a brushed nickel.. so this new china hutch, has old looking brass fixtures (out of date and do not match the house).. so I just ordered some birdcage style antique nickel pulls & knobs for it. $20 bucks, and I had to install pulls on most our cabinets when we moved in, so it'll be a piece of cake for me. (For drawers, and cabinets) (for the top 2 glass cabinets) Wish ya'll lived closer, it's always nice to have a friend sitting around to talk to while doing things like unpacking!! Yah, makes you wish you lived closer too huh? :redface:

Funny dream, now go interpret that one :redface: Late night makes me stupid, I just posted in R&R about my whole.. the band is a miracle thing, not a tool for me. I dunno, I hear about how you gotta exercise, gotta change your eating. I did not do anything. I don't eat fast food and I don't binge anymore.. but it's 100% the band. If I could, I would!!!!!! I still eat candies almost every day. Small amounts, again 100% the band.. I'd eat the whole bag if I could. So anyway, just don't know how I can be the only person on here who is really truly 'not changing' their habits and losing. I'm a (lucky) bad role model I guess. Thats why I avoid the mentor program thing, when I get PMs asking me 'how you did it', etc.. I don't lie and I'm not a good example apparently. Everyone else 'works at it'. I just.. coast along and let it do its thang. One day I am sure I will need to do something like exercise, but.. till the scale stops, I can't motivate myself. I told ya'll when I was in the routine of working out, I stopped losing weight.. the week I stopped exercising I lost 3lbs!! So, it's psyching me out.
