There's an Airshow this weekend here for Blue Angels & Golden Knights. I had to come home early from work, and they're practicing in our backyard. We watched some really cool crap before I thought to grab the camera. So here's just a couple. And it's sooo loud, sounds like planes are about to crash into our house.. I would have felt like they're saying, they could do better, you dont belong together, but he's too lazy to find a new relationship. Definitely a damaging thing to say :tt2:

Pork Cordon Bleu?!?!? Omg that sounds nummy.. never thought of that. Just popping in real quick, mass cleaning the house since MIL is coming to stay with us tonight. Airshow starts in 30m, going to watch it from home today.. tomorrow we're going to entertain customers.. weeeeee. Band is too tight, friggin stupid band argh.. just kidding, i love it.. but darn dont have time to go down there to unfill some. Been living on liquids and chewing & spitting.. great huh?

We live next to the airport, which is why theyre in our backyard.. We also live near train tracks, I have anxiety that planes or trains are going to crash into our house at any moment!! Its the Blue Angels & Golden Knights performing, but I thought it was cool to watch :tt2:) Today's show starts soon, I helped set up our company's booth but watching it from home today. Going to the actual show tomorrow.

Woohoo found it.. called a Gentle Leader Premier Gentle Leader Dog Training Collar - New Puppy Center - PetSmart With this & leash on, have people come to the door, and have your foot on the leash on the floor, with enough lead that the dog can sit comfortably. When someone comes in, if it tries to jump up, it's head will pull into its chest.. do the ignoring till they calm down.. when it sits calmly have people pet it-- keep your foot on the leash on the floor the whole time to reinforce if they get excited again, etc. Hopefully I explained this well, if you have any questions let me know!! You would think I get commission on these, hah but I swear by them. My dog, if you met her, is so hyper and crazy..acts like a puppy all the time. She won't jump though, she does her sitting and it kills her, her butt is wiggling all over the ground and she's shaking waiting for someone to pet her for being a 'good girl' then she wiggles around excitedly.. but won't jump!

Hey Susan, I'm going to be your best friend and help you fix this :tt2: I have a boxer, and it seems this breed loves to jump and use their front paws to push.. so our dog was horrble with this as a puppy, I took her to puppy class to no avail. So I forked out $75 a week to have a personal trainer come to my house. What she did, she could have told me over the phone, but lesson learned. There's this collar, I'm going to google or take a pic of mine to show you..forgot the name of it.. but it loops over their nose and attaches to their neck. If they try to jump (also helps with leash behavior) or pull from the leash, it causes their head to pull down into their chest--which they do not like. In less than 2 weeks with keeping this & leash on the dog at all times.. she stopped jumping! Less drastic (even though I don't consider it drastic, but you do have to buy the special collar) is put your knee out anytime they try to jump up, so it knees their chest and they fall back.. and ignore them when they jump.. if they sit and aren't jumping on people to greet them, it's important you or whoever comes over praises & pets the dog for sitting.. if they try to jump, knee & ignore till they sit.. repeat. Ok, going to go see if I can remember the name of this collar, if I don't find it I'll take a pic of ours.

I don't know what it's called and if it's something you can just suddenly develop, but a friend of mine always smelled horrible. I always thought she just had bad hygiene, but she showered at my house once and even used my body splash.. and she still smelled really funky.. so it ends up it was something about her, I googled it years ago, forget what it was now.. just some disorder. Saw a talk show with a woman who always smelled like tuna no matter what too..

Uhm, wow. "You going to F*ck him too?" would cause a fight in my house. I have never been insecure in my relationship and vise versa for my husband, so my thinking might be one sided, and of course not everyone fits into my bubble.. but if you can't trust someone, you can't be in a relationship together. Relationships are hard enough without having trust issues! If your reassurance falls on deaf ears, I would suggest counseling so that maybe he'll get more perspective and realizes you didn't settle, you were with him because you wanted to be.

Go & Have Fun, live with the excitement of knowing next year you'll be skinnier, but this year your life is worth living no matter the weight!!

Just stopping in a moment to share videos!! The Blue Angels airshow is this weekend, and they've been doing the practice runs today in our backyard. DH and I came home early today so I could finish midterm crap and he needs to fix his computer. Anyway, the most impressive was 6 airplanes side by side doin a complete loop, and its SO LOUD it sounds like planes are crashing into the house.. so I finally grabbed the camera, these are just a sampling..4 or 5 planes doing a loop in sync and then them just jetting over the house... Anyone ever seen it? It has Meryl streep in it.. it's a 7 hour long mini-series. I have a fascination with the Holocaust, maybe because it's so bizarre I can't comprehend it.. Anyway, I bought it and it looks like Sophie's Choice on the cover, but it doesn't say anything about it. I'm just confused. The Pianist is my current favorite, before I find the 7 hours to watch this new(to me, its not new) one I bought just seeing if anyone else has seen it..is it a good movie?

I learned to speak a little bit for FFXI, over half the players were Japanese and had to participate with them. I have an English-Japanese dictionary too.. all I remember now is Kaneshiwa (sp) And "LOL" is "w" to them.

Gum can get stuck where you have to go to the doc and have it surgically removed. I avoid it. Also heard sugar free gum can cause you to get hungry. Jennifer you're just starting out, getting down trodden is all too common, you just got to get your head in it, and keep going. If you 'mess up' or feel down, just work on making it pass and going forward.

Back to the candles mwhahaha... Last night I bowled a 200, and the deal with me and DH is if I bowl a 200 I get a candle... told ya'll I love those things, and we go to cracker barrel after bowling every wednesday. They had the mango peach salsa ones on sale!! I liked it , bought it, and had TWO PEOPLE come by today and say 'Ew your office stinks' :blushing: :hurray: :party: Guess I'm going back to buttercream.. they also had vanilla cupcake, maybe if I get another 200 next week I can get that.

Woohoo about macy, and ow Suzie that looks painful!! Tips on slots.. my husband does the 13 spin rule, if it hits nothing (absolutely nothing) in 13 spins, move.. if it hits something, even small, restart the 13 count. My personal advice, if a machine is cold, move. Some machines are just cold, some are hot. If I sink money in, no bonus rounds (I play all video penny slots) I move.. normally the same machine next to it, is hot. If I hit something big, I don't move right away, then I do husband's 13 spin thing. Oh and if you look at last won, a lot of people DO move as soon as they hit something big, I'll sit at a machine that still has a big win flashing on the screen and do 13 spins to see.. sometimes it hits again. I hate reel slots (like the diamonds, 7's, etc.) so no advice on those..

Hah hah yeah that was mine! The big fat curler.. well now I know, cause I kept telling my senses they were confused. I said no it's TRACY, but Pam came to mind everytime I curl. Must be the hairspray? It's a good thing, smells yummy.. it's just not my yummy stuff so I notice it. AND GASP.. Judy is gambling in the casino??? My dad won 30k last night in Tunica. Yeah, 30k. I wish!!! It's good to be him apparently. He took 5k for a 24 hour trip with his guy pals, he texts me some triple 7 thing on a $10 slot.. was for 18k.. 3 hours later he texts us an 8k win.. by the end of it he came home today with 35k. 30k would be life changing for me!!!! Anyway.. I am having serious stress induced band tightness, and it's really bugging me. Stupid midterms and stupid customer demands, I am really close to anxiety attacks.. then i can't eat, which makes me feel worse.. I think I'm xanax-ing it tomorrow!!!!

Well I heard the Wal-Mart thing, they can't require you to stop and show your receipt. We have to EVERY SINGLE time, mostly because of the big dog food bag I think, that isn't bagged. But since reading that you're not required, my DH made a scene last time we went :tt1: It's this little old asian lady, and she was hard to understand but she was at the door, hand out.. doing her job. And my husband goes "No, we don't have to" and he keeps going, and I'm standing there akwardly as she is chasing him out the door yelling something (I don't know what) so I give her the receipt even though he keeps going, and I finally yell at him to stop (before this poor lady kills herself chasing after him). So.. required or not, they will chase you down!!! We wasted more time with him trying to avoid her, than if he just gave her the damn receipt.

Maybe gas pains, have you tried walking & gas-x? What have the doctors said??

I had braces from 8-13, and I remember getting them I was ECSTATIC. They were definitely cool, and in all my school pics, you can see how keen I was at coordinating them to the season (Red & green, orange & black, etc.) In retrospect, I'd hate to have braces now, but at the time.. yeah, I was proud lol.

Very insightful Terry, I am overanalyzing and can apply that to just about everything under the sun!! My funny DH.. I have paint on my hands from the frame I made, so we were on break and he goes "What are you painting?" and I said "Paint". And then he starts bugging me, wanting to know what I'm painting. So I said "Don't be nosey!!" and he got all huffy and goes "You have all these secrets.. a blog you won't let me read (he knows it's bookmarked on my computer, he threatened to go look it up, I never said anything.. if he wanted to see it so bad, he could!!), you always hide the computer when I look over (I just shrink down LBT, I don't want him looking at it), and now you're painting stuff I can't know about!". Men!! lol. I just said "Yup, I'm just a book of mysteries, get over it".

I know people posted this on the boards before, but seriously.. when I cut my hair, my hair seemed instantly thicker. Now, I know it kind of is because of split ends, but my ponytails are actually about DOUBLE what they were in thickness (the band part), which wouldn't change. So I really think cutting my hair did make my hair thicker!! I'm not self conscious about the thin parts anymore.. hooray!

Just a fun tidbit, I saw Tracy KS use my curling iron in Gruene, but it smells like Pam.. everytime I go to curl my hair, I smell Pam! Must be Tracy's shampoo, or someone else used it too. Takes me back and I smile when I do my hair!! The new siggy pic is the pic I took for DH's paper present. I actually took several and included our dog with me, but she was being a butt. She kept holding her head up 'defiantly', I guess since she didn't know why I was making her sit still. So they turned out bad. That's the full pic, and I painted him a frame (it's a blank canvas frame for putting pics in), desktop size.. and I made it black and cloudy with gold & silver stars, and the stars spell I <3 You on the top.. then on the back I dated it for our 1st anniversary!
