One more post! June is good for me, but we need to get things decided soon so I can start paying for it. I am going to ABQ in May for a wedding and gotta get the bridesmaid dress, etc.. and then in July is our anniversary trip again. And if things were a perfect world I plan to be preggers by time we go on our next trip, so I gotta keep that in mind. Course, in the real world I won't be able to get preggers!

Oh we're going to Tunica this weekend too.. woohoo! It's the trip my parents offered to pay us gambling money for helping them clean sister's house, and I also got a lot of free coupons from the casino's to play.. $800 worth. Love the things they send, and it seems everytime they send me coupons to play with, I always win on that money!! And I should mention it, since I have bitched about Russell and his video games, I think I've told you how often we fight about it. The last time we fought about it (3 weeks-ish ago), he finally listened...I gave him an ultimatum, he wasn't meeting my needs and I'm very needy.. He has not played or scheduled his events, etc since then. He has only spent maybe 4 hours total a week on it, where it use to be every waking minute. Very happy about that.

Morning V's! June works for me, but can I suggest something like.. a beach? A beach with a bunch of girls would be a lot of fun.. and I'm still down with the cruise idea. Happy B'day Macy!! (Little V in progress!) Remember how I was in the hospital not too long ago with the false contraction things, and I ended up storming out? Well, it started again last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with severe cramping and painful diarhea. It was miserable, and I kept having nightmares to go with it..Russell said I woke up screaming NO! At some point.. I don't remember that one. But, since hospital was NO help and told me it had something to do with food poisoning, I am NOT going back. So I have taken immodium and pepto all morning.. if I don't move, I am fine.. if I walk, or bend, etc.. I am in a lot of pain. But, Russell said he's nauseated this morning, so I feel a little better.. it's not just me. I called my mom, since we had the cook out yesterday, apparently no one else is sick so she thinks we got something from Jamaica. I wouldn't be surprised, but I would have thought we'd be sick by food earlier than today! Luckily, we have to take our dog to the vet today so we're getting out of here early. I feel like I have a huge gas bubble stuck in my belly that causes my intestines to get displaced. Yummy stuff??

And Judy, are you watching New York goes to Hollywood? I saw the first episode so far, it has intrigued me.. and it shows previews of her break up with Tailor Made on the show.. I read about it somewhere, and now I get to see it! Love drama, that's not my own

Morning Ladies!! I never had to wear a Uniform, my brother did though (he was sent to a speshul school for bebe kids) and I gotta say I liked the look! I actually stole his sweater all the time lol. BUT in public school, sometime when I was around 5th grade, they required us to tuck shirts in.. I have always had a huge belly, I would cry to my mom about it. Women's shirts aren't meant to be tucked in most of the time anyway--and back then they didn't have cute young plus size, I was wearing older women's clothing.. think spandex pants & shirts that come down long to hide the fact you're wearing spandex pants..lots of sequins lol.. ugh, just thinking about this makes me cringe. Anyway, they would make me tuck in my shirt, and you can only imagine how hideous this looked. I was so mortified. Luckily by 8th grade we found girlfriends.com which was the first place we ever found plus size young girl styles (they were bought out by Alloy..which I still shop at). And then I moved districts for my first year of high school, so I got a fresh start with people who never saw me wearing the old women clothing. We have family cook out today, I have been thinking about that crab salad since I made . I am still a food obsessed person, the band just keeps me from following through. After all this thought, I'll probably eat a couple bites and be done for hours... speakin' of which though, I feel 'Full' this morning, so I finally made myself PB a little, to see what the heck is sitting in there.. it's chicken I made last night. CHICKEN IS EVIL! And it had a weird medicine taste, I'm guessing from the Prilosec. Thank you ladies for adding me to your facebook, if any more of you have it, add me!! And YES Pam, that was YOUR hat.. when we were in Gruene lol.

I found some Copycat recipes I am trying for our cook out tomorrow. We're celebrating Russell & my cousins' birthday so I am making the Chocolate Lasagna from Olive Garden.. I dunno about you guys but I miss that dessert lol.. so I read some reviews and going with the best reviewed version. Also, while looking at Copycat recipes, found the immitation crabmeat salad they serve at buffet's like Golden Corral.. Was my fav., and we ate there once a week in ABQ.. since moving back, all buffets in my city are closed so no where to eat it.. I made it already, it said let it sit overnight, but I tasted it.. YUM. I'll probably skip on the main courses tomorrow and just eat this salad & lasagna hehe.

Sadly, this is something your brother has to want; no one else's want matters. My uncle is an alcohlic, who is killing himself.. He DOES have a job, makes great money, just bought a new SUV & a brand new big house on a golf course.. you'd think he'd wise up to it.. he use to be a personal trainer, through the years he has put on a lot of weight, and he is drunk every waking hour, parties every day of the week, drinks in gross excess.. but anyway, last year he was diagnosed with diabetes.. and they gave him insulin. Doctor TOLD him he is going to die SOON if he doesn't stop the alcohol. He didn't listen. He didn't take his insulin either. So he keeps packing on the pounds, and drinks non-stop.. he has several DUI's, his latest one he is still going to court for (he didn't take the plea, and is going to a jury trial--which I think was a stupid choice).. Anyway, about 2 months ago, everything finally caught up to him.. somehow he got a sore on his foot (his feet were horrible looking, we kept telling him he would lose them.. again, didn't listen) and this sore ended up 'growing' since diabetes have the hard time healing and what not.. it ended up getting to be about 1.5" deep. The doc told him, he may have to cut the hole out of his leg, or cut the foot off. It FINALLY clicked. He stopped cold turkey, and this is the longest he's ever lasted.. 46 days.. He goes to AA, and he's obsessed with it right now, hes always going.. and he asks us (who don't really drink) what you do when you don't drink..so we've made a point to invite him everytime we go out and do non-alcoholic activities.. movies, dinner, etc. Didn't mean to make this so long, but we've tried interventions, cried, begged, pleaded, etc.. and it took him realizing (not being told by his doctor) he was about to lose his foot.. to get it together. Hopefully it lasts, good luck to your brother.. hopefully he finds his reason soon.

Pandora is a good app.. my husband just got the iphone, and we both use www.pandora.com for music ... it's free internet radio, start by putting in music you like, then it recommends songs you may or may not like.. you thumbs up or thumbs down them, and in about 2 weeks of use the player learns you and plays music it thinks you like.. its really cool.. And you can access the same account via computer or the iphone.

Woooeeeooo.. I'm on a rampage today. For a month now we've been doing unacceptable work, having to reprint, and I have to figure out a nice way to tell our customers that people are slacking around here?! It is building and building, really stupid stuff is happening.. then today, something I've been working on for a MONTH, which I expected done a week ago when the customer came looking for it.. checked on it, and the manager in charge never followed through with it. So I flipped out. I am sending haughty emails to everyone in management to get their shyt together!!!!!!! I worded it nicely, but my tone is pissed off and tired of it. I don't know what their problem is, I think we need all new management, it's becoming a headache.. you rely on managers to make sure things get done, and the managers have their thumbs up their asses.

Janie that is so funny about the wiifit! That is totally something I would do, but I'd never figure it out and decide either the thing is broken or I'm waaay out of shape! Poor Pam, I don't know how you guys do those long seperations I have some fun news, Russell isn't opposed to me getting a tummy tuck after we have kids! I had mentioned it before and he kind of shrugged it off, but I brought it up a few times in the past month.. my belly is so gross, it's that big flap I gotta tuck in my pants.. I said I'd like to get a tummy tuck.. he said "You should wait till you've finished losing".. and I said "That, and till after I have kids" and he just nodded and said "If it's something you want to do, but you look fine". How sweet.. but all I heard was "Yes you can have a tummy tuck!". WOOHOO.

Here's some pics... These were neat, they took coconuts right off the tree, whack them twice with a big machete and put a straw in it.. This is the wonderful swim-up bar.. Fire breathing show.. Russell and I in front of a palm.. the man won't smile for nothing in pics, grr!! They took dead palm trees all over the resort and carved them into these neat Bob Marley statues.. This was the view from our patio (after a storm)

Finished my last final.. I'm done with college---forEVER.. or until I decide I want another degree.. I like the wallpaper! What is it called for people who like to do bad things to themselves? That essay I had to write in 2 hours, I got a 94% on. I was.. shocked. I am waiting up for Russell to get home from getting our dog.. but man I am tired. I think I'm going to go upload the (very) few pictures I took on my digital camera to show ya'll.. the camera kept fogging up so most pics were taken with a disposable waterproof one which I haven't turned in yet.

I think those of you at goal are a great inspiration and I get really irritated that you are run off by people. I don't know who specifically cause I'd be smacking them.. Even if I don't follow what you do (I'm not running in a marathon!!!--Jacqui ), I am completely inspired by it. I find what works for me, and I know "It can be done".. so if it's not "doing", I'm doing something wrong. Try something else. I don't think people at goal are just special cases, or had it easier, or had less to lose.. I think they found what worked for them. So I have hope, something will work, at any point in my weightloss. Everytime I stall, I panic and think I'll be a statistic. Then I look at people at goal.. no, I'm not a statistic and no the band isn't failing.. it's just time for something new! I have to change my goals with the band and what I'm going to do in order to lose weight every few months. Adding a little more effort every step of the way. Trial and error. If you're doing one thing and not moving, try another, and another.. till it works. But by all means, don't be so ignorant to think the people who made it work, had it any easier.

Hah yes! We were at Sandals Negril.. the honeymooners we met stayed in the River Suites, which apparently were newer and nice (they were real fancy and huge, huge bathroom--their bathroom was the size of our room).. but our room.. meh.. the doors didn't shut all the way, and they had vents in the bathroom completely open to the hallway--which was outside.. so there was water dripping constantly, and the sheets and bedding wreaked of mildew.. all of our clothes smell like it now. BUT we flew into Montego Bay, and that place is gorgeous, I bet that was nice!! When we were driving over the cliffs on our way to Negril, overlooking Montego Bay was really nice.

Hey V's!!!! I have been in and out of the office with meetings, so I opened the thread up but just finished reading! Jamaica was a lot of fun, we met some other couples there (some that wanted to swing..eek!!), went snorkling, had a lot of RUM, and did a lot of relaxing. I took most pics with a disposable underwater camera because my normal one stayed foggy the whole time.. so when I get them converted to a CD I'll share with ya! I'm so glad to be back home, and where food is GOOD.. I hardly ate there, everything I tried was nasty.. even their veggies were bad.. I think cabbage was the only thing that was edible to me, so I ate a lot of cabbage. Looks like you guys held the fort down while I was gone :thumbup:) I am holding 218lb.. hooray hooray.

Well, I finished the paper. It is by NO MEANS an A paper, but it's enough BS and at least attempting to do the assignment to get something besides a 0.. Had to write about someone (artist, writer, etc.) in the book, their influence and what not.. she said to provide a background on them. Smart me, I picked Darwin- there's a blip about him in the book.. but I could find ton of info on the internet to fill in the gaps, and Russell has some of his books.. most of the paper is just his biography then a couple paragraphs about the after effects. It works I guess :cursing: So now I am done, except for 1 more final next Friday. JAMAICA MON!!! I'll see you girls Wednesday night, or Thursday. Everyone be accountable and be safe!!! Had to take a break.. got a 72% on my Anatomy Final. YAY! I pass!! Russell said I needed a 55% to pass I think. I made myself crab legs for dinner since he's not here.. mmmmm. I have done cleaning, and packed most stuff.. taking 1 suitcase and it's filled to the brim.. no room for souvenirs..should I take a 2nd smaller one just to bring back w/souvenirs?? Went to moms house and found a swimsuit that works.. size 12 1 piece, but has a flutter at the front that covers my pooch.. shows my butt, which I never worn before.. but she & my dad said it looked good.. so I'm going with it. Sitting here with a smoke and my school book.. time to go find someone in there to write 5 pages about. Damn teacher, I am debating reporting her.. they already had my call in from this morning documented, and I have emails where I told her the dates I would be out of town, 2 weeks I emailed her every other day. She is riduculous, she is a crappy teacher.. I hope I get a review form on her after the class. I'll check in (probably late) after I finish the paper.. Piehole report: No B'fast 2oz of steak tips for lunch dipped in sour cream 2 clusters of crab legs for dinner I've had a 200c pack of gummi bears, and likely will eat the other one sometime tonight.

I'm at my limit, I can't take this crap no more!!! I just got a friggin email from that teacher that was late getting me the final that says "Here is your final assignment, worth 30% of your grade"..and it's a 5 flippin page paper, with thesis, and 5 works cited etc Due Aug. 5... and she just sent it.. and I've told her for 2 weeks I will be out of town till Aug 6. What the HELL?! So now I have to finish my bio final, pack, clean, and now write a damn 5 page academic paper. I am just so so mad, and overwhelmed. Russell left to TN to take our dog to his parents. I can't believe this. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!

Yeah, exercise? What's that? And funny you mention bathing suits, I DON'T HAVE ONE THAT FITS. So all week I've been going to stores, and wouldn't you know it-- no one sells them anymore. So last night I was trying to piece something together--no luck.I am going to my mom's tonight to see if she has anything that would work. Surprise, the teacher still hasn't gotten back to me.. I emailed her personal addy, called, etc.. no responses.. so I JUST about 5 minutes ago called the dean of the dept.. they are working with me, kept putting me on hold while they figure out what's going on, and just how life is weird sometimes.. while on hold the 4th time, I get an e-mail from the teacher.. Her internet was out, and she just now sent the test. How ironic is that? Then I have to apologize profusely to the dean for wasting their time, but damn.. she emails when I finally give up. Hrmph.
