Quite normal, I would pound on my chest trying to move it, never worked. I did find that if I laid down for 10 min it helped. Also heating pad on upper back. Hang in there, it will get better! Hot tea helps too! -

Is It Notmal To Be Hungry After A Fill?

Like Missy said, the band doesn't stop you from feeling hungry and after liquids and mushy sliders, we're going to feel it. Filled Monday and had serious stomach growling, it was really po'd! Once you start with good solid proteins it will get a little better, unless we need another fill. Wecome to "Bandster Hell", enjoy the ride! -
I use MyFitnessPal app on my phone and it tracks everything for me. Keep my calories at 1000 , protein at least 60gr, Like to keep track of sodium too, for my B/P.

I used it on my upper back. Also found hot decaf tea helped, my fave Chai tea.

First fill Monday 3cc, just liquids 48hrs. I love my Dr., no pre-op liquid diet, no drawing out the fills diet.LOL True, the procedure itself was no big deal. -

Thoughts & prayers with you my dear! It is a very hard thing to watch our parents deteriorate before our eyes! My dad died 10 y ago and my mom is 85 with a ton of health issues. It's really tough! (((((((((Domika))))))))) -

Love the scanner too! Let me show a little of my age, buying a little booklet and having to look up everything, write it down and figure all the Calories,Sugar &Fat. In those days they didn't care about Protein. Wonder I got fat on that diet!lol Love MFP

I agree with PG, help yourself and learn a healthier life style and bring those things into your home. You start having healthier choices and daughter will automatically be able to shed lbs. Taking weight off is so much easier when you're younger. It was damn near impossible for this 56yo woman! Your daughter deserves to have a healthy mother!
