I have done the soup. Be sure to ask server to bring it out with everyone's meal. Sometimes they bring it out as an appetizer and you're done with your soup when everyone else are just getting their meal.

Not only was told no NSAIDs, but surgeon made me stop taking them 3mths prior to surgery. I have to agree with other posters, call your Dr, most have someone on call 24/7. Heating pad always works for me(had severe whiplash from car accident). Hope you're better soon!

My hubby doesn't have a weight problem and he stands behind my decision for WLS, but he likes his junk food and just b/c I've chosen to eat healthier, doesn't mean he should. We all have our choices and I choose to do whatever it takes to get healthy. His junk food in the house really doesn't bother me, I have no desire to touch it. It' all about what I WANT!

What's the big deal about patient compliance?
Maddysgram replied to Jean McMillan's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Magazine
Another great article Jean! I always love your humor mixed within a serious subject. Boy, you could fix hours of debate on the forums with just this one article. You have opened my mind up to all sides of the compliance issues. I always look forward to your articles. Already guessing what the next article could be about. Thank you again, Janet aka Maddysgram -

My Nut told me to eat Dannon Light & Fit I used Pure Protein Chocolate & GNC Whey protein. Good thing about GNC, if you don't like theirs, with receipt they will exchange it.

Are you not taking chewable vitamens?

I weigh myself every morning first thing, but if I don't see a loss it's no big deal. I know I'm doing what I'm suppose to. If your the type to get depressed , don't do it.lol

Maddysgram replied to VictoriousPassion's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Glad your enjoying your new phase! I'm starting to think that being aware of how much you put in your mouth and how much you chew is going to be a life long effort to eating.lol -
((((((hugs))))))) I'm sure this is painful for you. Good news is you did do it once before, you can do it again. You know where things went wrong, not going to do that again. We're all here for you. Best Wishes!
