Hi ladies, You're right about this forum, a lot of good people with great advice. MIS73 being one of them. I'm at the end of my 6mths insurance required diet and hope to be banded in Sept. Been following LBT all that time and feel I have gotten a great education. Good Luck!

Haven't been banded yet, but when I had my hysterectomy I had the same thing over my incision. It's just the healing process. I'd still ask your Dr. That's why they make the big bucks.

PS. Always have a charming personality!!!lol

I had a hysterectomy when I was 28, but I was left with an ovary so no TOM or hotflashes. Well ovary died 4yrs ago and hotflashes were terrible, but now on the other side. Hang in there!

How To Tighten A Lap Band Without A Port Head?
Maddysgram replied to model's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Elcee, seems like commonsense is not common. I take it the same way as you. Everyone was concerned with his/her physical & mental health. I really don't think you should put something on a public forum if you have a problem with people speaking their mind. Sorry but I am not going to support someone who is "hell bent" on trying to kill themselves. -
Hi Speekrn, I'm from SW FL, just blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. My husband & I ride along beach every weekend. I've been to Bike Week in Daytona, really a lot of fun. One day hopefully make it to Sturgis. Anyone been there yet?

Hi Tracy, What an inspiration you are!!!! You're going to be our Hot Biker Babe! I've been riding for years, matter of fact, I didn't have to take the motorcycle class, had my license before that became law. Hope you don't mind that I come to you with banding questions. I'm hoping for a late Sept. banding. You seem to have the answers being you've lost 170lbs. YEAH!!!! Biker Babes Unite!!!

I'm not even banded yet but I have a hard time with breakfast. I started just taking a ounce of cheese and am happy with getting that down. Never a problem drinking 16oz of water with it. -

What I keep hearing is protein first (keeps you full longer), chew, chew, chew and drink, drink, drink.
