Maddy's had multiple surgeries, always in recovery with just Tylenol. She had brain & abdomen surgery at 7:30 am this morning. My daughter just sent this. This is how I get through it. Wanted to share with my friends!

Ok, got my notebook out. Those sugars are included in carbohtdrates. 8oz milk equal 15 gr of carbs. My diet allows 30 gr of carbs per meal.

American Heart Assoc. says no more than 25gr. But I don't know about after LB, I would think they would go by AHA.

There was a ghost in the house my brother rented. Turns out previous renters always broke their lease. It turned out to be a women that died in the house. She would bang on their closet doors. Freaked his grandkids, cat & dog. My brother was so mad b/c she scared his grandkids, he called her out. Told her she should be ashamed of herself for scaring little kids and he didn't care if she went to heaven or hell but she needed to get out of his house. She did! He didn't even want to tell me about it b/c he didn't want me to think he was crazy. First time I babysat there was a little freaky. I believe in ghost/or people dying and not knowing they're dead. But I'm not afraid of them. I don't believe they can hurt us, in some chase's can save us. So if you ever see a ghost, just talk to them.

Had her last surgery 6hrs ago and was smiling for mom & dad in recovery. Suppose to come home Saturday. She is a tough cookie!

I make this all the time, it's one of my favorites. Sometimes I use ground turkey. You can really put any kind of meat or no meat at all. GOOOOOD!!!!

Def going to try this , TY Think I'll use ground turkey & panko, and leave out olives(don't like olives) and add mushrooms instead.

My sister had a gastric bypass, lost a lot of weight and gain most of it back. Yes, there is no magical WLS, just have it and lose weight. Nope not gonna happen!

I want to be able to go to a concert and not be so uncomfortable trying to keep all my fat in my own space. That would be nice!
