I think you should go back to 4 yr ago when you first got your band and start at the beginning. Measure 1cup of food, protein first, veggies & still have room good carbs. Eat slowly, chew, chew chew. Get in plenty of water (not with meal). You really know what to do, stop eating junk! There's an excellent article on this forum in the LB thread labeled LBT Magazine. called Wantpower. Your right, you should discuss this with your bariatric staff. Does Stevia affect you, since its a natural sweetener?
