As you know I'm not banded until Monday, but my Dr explained it like this. He said," it's not going to be like a Thanksgiving fullness, you feel in your stomach, but more a tightness in the lower part of your chest". -

Because sweets are from the devil.lol I can't control myself with sweets. I can have them in the house for hub (he's of normal size), but I can not let any touch my tongue. It does something to my brain. There are ppl who can eat just a little, but I'm not there yet. :*(
