Hey Crazy , I was where you are know, but today is my day. I will be heading to hospital in a hour. Carolinagirl gave you excellent advice. Take this time to learn all you can. The Drs office throw things at you so quick, you can't absorb all of it. Though here you can take your time and learn from the best and even learn from mistakes others make. Time will fly by and you will go through a gambit of emotions, but always remember the prize. Best wishes on your life changing journey!

sugar free popsicles (frozen fruit treats), sugar free Jello and yes you can buy broth in powder form or Swanson makes a fat free low sodium broth. The Ramen packets will do too, just no noddles.lol
