I'm 30 days full liquid diet, then 2wks mushies. I can't imagine eating anything heavier. Believe it or not liquid is really heavy on me. When your stomach is healing, which can take 4-6wks. Dr does not want stomach churning to digest solid food. It can cause a problem. But every Dr is different, so follow your Dr instruction to be successful! Best wishes! -

Another thought, ppl treat you the way you allow them to treat you. You need to stand up for yourself. This is your time!!! BTW my mom left my 2 bros & myself with my dad. At 14yo I cooked, cleaned, shopped for groceries & did laundry. My bros tell everyone, I was their mom. I turned out ok. Been married 40 yrs next month. -

I just blended FF Cottage cheese and tomato soup. It was very good. Have a lot of leftovers too.lol -
No, to be in our gulping intervention, it has to be healthy gulping, you crazy ppb! I might not qualify b/c I'm sipping, just too frequently. PG might be the only member. And yes PG, she did. The crazy ppb that she is. LOL

It will be even better tomorrow!!! : ) I had 4oz yogurt & 6oz of Protein shake, yeah!! Dr gave me an hour by hour schedule and I can finally do it. -

Thanks again Roja! I will ask my Dr first before getting on bike. My gas is not all that bad, considering what I've heard from others. My Dr placed my port right under my left rib cage . I was surprised, I thought it was placed near belly button. I think it might work out b/c as I lose weight the port will just blend into my ribs. Hoping anyway?!lol -

Banded Oct 15 and I have that same pain. Yes, I think it is gas or maybe a pulled nerve. It's way down left side not near any incisions. I do have a nice bruise, so thinking they were pulling on my fat.
