Hi Ken, I can't help you with your plateau, I was just banded 10/15 , sitting here drinking my Protein drinks. I have been to your blog, but I'm on my phone so I'll check more out when I get on my computer. Just by what I read, you must be a Simpson's fan. My daughter talks to me in that Mc so & so talk.lol I also have the Eat to Live book and we get him every weekend on pbs. There's a lot of truth in what he says, but I have caught him in an untruth too. IMO, I don't think most people can live the rest of their lives eating like that. Just like you can't live on any "diet" for the rest of your life. Looking forward to reading your blog. Good luck with your current stall and congratulations on your success.
