That's what I was thinking Dee, Thanks! I'm doing good. I get tired out easy, but that might just be age,right CG? I worked today gathering all the trash in the house for garbageman tomorrow. Garbage doesn't get picked up until Friday. LOL Hope after I get my hot body, I'll know what to do with it. My Banded B's will let me know. -

It's more complex than that... Wear jeans so next time I weigh in and it's cold the heavier clothes will already be accounted for? Or something light weight and worry about cold weather later? Oh the problems I have! -

I am a lot like you as far as pain goes. I need double knee replacement, just had my car totalled and anything that didn't hurt before, hurts now. That's why I started the LBS journey. I couldn't live with the pain anymore. I didn't exercise, so weight loss was with no exercise. Do the best you can until something else can be worked out. Best of luck!
