Dear Sweet Dee B , it was I that gave you your name and if left to Aj & PPPB no telling what you would have been called. You ratted me out sista..... Rethinking new name for DSD..... Taking suggestions. I think PPPB making video today. I hope she pictures us all in our birthday suits to help her nerves. Why is AJ the only one that is never called by a B name? Who hasn't received a Banded B name yet? -

Congratulations Rebecca! As long as the scale is going downward , you're doing great! We didn't gain our weight overnight, so it won't come off overnight either. It's great you've been able to sit back and recognize where you can make adjustments. The rule is 1-2 lbs per week, you still made that goal. I'll be waiting for 7mth update. Best Wishes for more success! -
