I had the same problem after banding. My water filled me, so had hard time with anything else. Jean McMillian, author of Bandwagon, told me to drink 1oz every 15 mins.

Take Chapstick to hospital, lips get so dry. I purchased baby spoon to practice smaller bites with and it also makes you eat slower. -
