Congratulations! You will feel like you've done thousands of sit ups and the first 48 hrs is the roughest , b/c of swelling and then it gets better & better everyday. You did great with pre-op and you'll do great post-op too! Follow Drs orders, walk,walk,walk and sip, sip, sip. Best wishes on your new healthy journey!

Pre banding I always used grape Propel in water, now I prefer plan water. Glad to be a person who likes water. Lap banding changes your taste buds. -
