    September Sleevers

    Down 43 from start of pre op diet! Surgery was 9/10. I am thrilled and just feel like a new person already!!

    6 incisions, largest one on the left. I was told it is different from doc to doc!

    Work Out Regimen

    Right now I am doing a mile min. In 23 to 25 minutes on the treadmill and am doing upper body and leg machines. Minimum 3 times a week. Some days I get to a mile and a half or a little more on the treadmill !! Slowly building up

    Exhausted/weak

    I am 7 weeks out today and it was week 5 when I felt more energized. I know that getting enough fluid in me made a world of difference. Hang in you will get there!!!

  10. I only know I am full when I belch!! My nut told me some people hiccup some sneeze. I measure everything as well, total is about 3 oz I can tolerate . I am 7 weeks out tomorrow.

    Organ Shifting?

    I was told in the hospital that since there was extra room in the abdomen from taking out 80 % of my stomach that the other organs will move around a little to get resettled .
  12. I had to learn the difference between sipping and slurping. For me slurping has that slurp noise and that is where too much air was getting in the sleeve. Once I figured that out I was fine!!

    Sleeved October 25

    I also used a heating bad and walking , walking , walking!! At night tho, the heating pad was my BFF for the first three weeks! 7 weeks out tomorrow and feel wonderful, best I have felt in over 5 years!! Hang in there you will do great!!!
  14. I was sleeved on 9/10 and was the same starting weight as you. I hope I am as successful as you, down 40 lbs so far! Congrats, you are an inspiration
  15. I also break out in sweats after I eat food other than liquids. I am past menopause so I know it is not that and am 6 weeks post surgery. Have no idea why. I was also told my face flushes during this. I see my doc Friday and will ask him about this. Other than that I feel great and have lost a total of 40.2 lbs!!
  16. No regrets at all! Almost 6 weeks out and know it was the best thing I have ever done for myself!! Good luck in your journey!!
  17. Guess I am one of the lucky ones, no acid problems as of yet, almost 6 weeks out. So grateful, my poor Mom suffered terrible with reflux most of her life. Hope you get passed this quickly.
