We have 2 protien shakes a day, 2 pieces of fruit, 2 cups of steamed vegetables and 2 8 oz glasses of skim milk. We can have all the water, sugar free jello, popsicles, broth, etc that we want. I must say though, I have had my shake this morning, with a pear. I am still starving. I am trying to fill up on broth. I think this must be in my head.
