Ive been doing good, but my Bad habit of grazing is creeping up on me. It has not gotten out of control but I need to stop ! So frustrating! also carbs are becoming difficult to avoid, it's everywhere! I'm super annoyed. I've lost just about 90 lbs since my surgery feb 4th so I'm super proud, but now I'm hitting my stall at 205 lbs.. ahhhh! feeling defeated today im getting parnoid that I could be stretching my stomach and gaining weight... I don't want to worry about everyday or check the scale everyday, but I can't help it. I saw I gain 1 lb today and I was furious! Just wanting to if you guys worry about this. What do you do to stay away from carbs and grazing, and some clear info about stretching would be nice.

Wow Lauren Thank you. That's how I feel it's frustrating. It is like drugs I feel like when I Sneek a snack is like a hit. Its crazy! I know it's stress related bc it happens after or during a hard day. Just sucks. Glad to know ur I'm not alone.

Feb 4th I had my surgery ive been worjing my ass off everyday. I had my first ever photoshoot bc I finally feel good about my self. These are just a few! !!

I've really been focused on my diet bc is easier now. Fish chicken veg and fruit is basically all I eat. Gym so much and no no sugar are carbs. I will admit I've smoked a few cigs because I've cracked but I'm good now. so no cigs and Alcohol. not drinking was the hardest for me. Follow what the dr says and u will be good take all your protein I take 80g a day calcium, multi vitamin and b12 -
So this weekend has been pretty darn sweet! I got a call friday that my insurance (aetna) approved my surgery and Feb 4th i will be sleeved and ready for my new life. My surgery will be at Abingtion Memorial Hospital and my surgeon will be Dr. Fernando Bonanni. Bonanni is such a funny guy I am glade I choose him! He makes me laugh every time i've been scared haha. I just had my sleep study done, which sucked total balls! excuse my language! but it was so umcomfortable and took me forever to fall asleep. I also just had my EGD now that was crazy! I have never been put to sleep before, so that was interesting. It has been a very busy yet awesome week and I can not wait to finally be sleeved!I cant wait to wear the clothes I love!

Is been amazing he is the best I had a scare but it was just gas lol but right away he dropped everything and was by my side he cares so much I'm down 75 since Feb 4th

Down 70 lbs!!! I've been working so hard. Size 34 waist, this is a medium athletic tee. It's amazing guys like I cried the other bc even though times got hard, and I've worked more than I ever had in my life, I feel like God answered my prayers. Is this a start of a v-line or a fast crease lol ?

My waist size day of sugery was 42 I am now a size 34. All I eat is fish and chicken fruits and vegs. No carbs or sugar. I don't worry much about portion sizes bc I eat very slow and when im full I save the left overs for another meal time. I still do have love handles I'm working on them. I go to the gym everyday for cardio and some weights. I think the only place I'll have some extra skin is my belly. It's getting wrinklyish. But I do crunches everyday. My belly and thighs are v the last to go I'm sure.

Down 65 lbs is any one know of an easier way to get protein- I also need some gym advise- when to do cardio and weight machines [ATTACH]10938[/ATTACH]

It was just a really high fever with gastritous! ! They were worried bc I had a high white blood cell count

So Friday night I got a fever. It has not gone pay 100.3. I might just be sick- but Saturday morning I woke up with a pain in my stomach. Is felt like an intense hunger pang. As I tried to rest and get better the cramping sensation continued. I eat food fine- no vomiting or blood but the cramping is so bad I took anti acids and still ... im just scared somthing is wrong with my sleeve. Like a leak or something

my fever finally broke it was very high and so was my white blood cell count which usually means there is an infection inside my body. They were very worried that I had leak which causes septic shock and could cause death. Turns out I had severe gastritis that came with the high fever my stomach still hurts a little but my fever is gone they want me on bed rest today but I'll be in tomorrow I'm so happy I'm Ok I thought the worst the whole time. The tests were hours long and miserable.
