  1. I rode a bike this week for the first time in over 20 years!!! It was exhilarating!

  2. My dietician says 60 to 80 grams of protien per day,so it sounds like you are right on!
  3. NO!! Don't stress about this! Your body is getting used to this big change, if you think about it, you are taking in wayyyy less calories than the average person....you WILL lose weight! This happened to me also and happens to almost everyone! I was so depressed for awhile, felt like a failure! But remember your basics...get your fluids in, get your protiens in and the scale will start moving! Also whenever I eat more carbs, I tend to feel hungrier, so I just resigned myself to keep the protiens the main focus, maybe have just tastes of whatever carb I thought I wanted at the moment. You can and WILL do it!!
