hey gurlll, just saw ur pics. very inspirational!!! I also started at 367#. I am a little discourage because i have gained some weight back. I was banded june 5 of this year and I was at 336 but now i am back at 341. granted i just started my cycle and i know i am retaining fluid but i am really down right now. how was ur weight progress at first and also what exercise techniques did u do that helped u more. i was walking 3mi a day pretty much but i guess my body got used to it and i started to do some toning to maybe loose some inches. n e ways enough of my rambling.
