Did anyone else or has anyone else have tummy problems with the 2 week pre op diet? I'm on the Adkins diet and I'm having issues ... Help

Need to find a good protein drink. Any ideas? It has to be less than 5 grams of carbs

I am two days pre op diet and I've only had 16 carbs. But I'm wondering if eating a lot of chicken is ok? Cuz I can go thru out the day with my protein shakes (2) but when I get home I'm soooo hungry I just ate a bunch of rotisserie chicken. Is that ok? I had some spinach too

It says 3 full size meals or 5-6 small meals a day for two weeks no more than 20 carbs a day

It's my pre op diet surgery is on the 16th.

It says eat liberally chicken fish red meat etc and to eat til your full not stuffed. I'm just gonna stock to my protein shakes I don't wanna risk eating too much and thanks I will call them tomorrow

Thanks it just sucks cuz my job is so psychical, I'm a dog groomer and my last dog was this HUGE golden doodle so I was sooo tired and hungry lol. I hope I can make it thru these last few days of work with no energy.

Today was the first day of my pre- op diet. It was fine all day long at work. I worked 12:30-9:00. I had a protein shake in the morning and a jello and a protein shake for lunch. Dinner was 2 cups of spinach and two pieces of turkey meat. I ate that all at work. But when I got home I was sooo hungry, I ate a pck of tuna and some salmon. I hope it gets easier. Night time kills me!

Hey guys I'm 23 yrs old and I was wondering if there where anyone else close to my age or my age when they got it done. I'm just interested. I'm very very big. I would put my weight on here but still very shocked and embarrassed with it. I've notice that there hasn't been anyone close to weight. Any body out there??

Thank guys everyone has such different jobs. Well I'm getting a hernia repaired and also my stomach gets soaked when I bathe the dogs, I'm also doing a lot of twisting, bending, lifting and my doctor said I should heal and they don't want me to get an infection. -
I'm really excited! I can't stop thinking about it, I'm very very impatient when it comes to things like this. Any advice to what I can start working on. My pre op diet is on the 2nd. I'm nervous about not getting the right things to eat. Plus I want a buddy!

My age range is 20's to early 30's but I'm interested in every ages journey. I'm 5 feet tall and 360 lbs. just wanting to meet someone close to my weight and age
