Omg do they make a spanx arm band for my bat wings? That is really my trouble area and it's bothering me more and more how much they are hanging!

I'm down 55 lbs and yes my knee pain is almost non existent , only a little if I do the eliptical or lunged but last maybe an hour or so

That's awesome!! I also do Zumba , it's so much fun, but I try to switch it up a bit with bike riding and tae bo classes, really anything that gets me moving!! -

Hi i'm new to the website, I had my surgery 05/03/2012 and lost 20 lbs pre surgery and 33 since. my story started in january and it was all pretty good from there, i had a three month wait with the insurance for dietician visit, did all that and was approved in a week, i was so happy, had to wait another month due to scheduling conflicts. recovery was good other than the constant fatigue. i still struggle to get enough protein/calories in especially on the days i exercise. i'm recently also noticing sagging skin which i don't really like but i guess it's better than the alternative. i really think exercise has replaced my food. i'm trying to find ways to hide the excess skin (any tips would be helpful especailly for the arms). I have gone shopping yet i want to go down another size before i do that. I look forward to sharing with everyone, i will post pics soon !

Thanks for the encouragement ! I have also heard that things tighten up after awhile and my doctor kept harping about how much things "bounce back" but my response is always " bounce back to what?" I've been over weight my whole life :-/
