[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]My story is not unfamiliar to many of you. After what seems a life time of yoyo dieting and never achieving the goals I set for weight loss I decided to get help. I started doing research on Bariatric surgery. After many visits to the doctor, many calles to my medical insurance I finally had a date for surgery.
February 29, 2012 was when I made a difference in my own life. I am forever grateful to Dr Tieu and Orange Coast Memorial I now have the best new start ever in my life. [/font][/size]

[size=4][font=comic sans ms, cursive]I didnt tell anyone except my husband and 3 boys about the surgery. I have serveral reasons for keeping this information to myself. Fear of failer, ridicule and simply just having to deal with other peoples opinions, fears and judgements. I am very happy with my decision to keep this information to myself. My husband on the other hand does not agree and has told a few people fortunatly not people I see regularly. To date I have not told anyone, which is why I was thrilled to find this blog. I get to talk with people that are on the same path as I am.[/font][/size]
