  1. I have been avoiding admitting this.....but..... I am sick!! As I sit here with my tissue box, my hot tea, and nose spray I am finally accepting the fact I got the crud.

  2. I love school delays, it's amazing how much I can accomplish when students and teachers are not here to bug me.

  3. I love veggies and dip. Made homemade ranch dip with greek yogurt and ranch powdered mix. Yummy dip for my snow peas!!

  4. I miss the days of seeing weight loss every week. Now at least I maintain, instead of gaining.

  7. Instead of a shake this am I am doing oatmeal with blueberries. Tasty, but I can't even eat the entire one pack of it. Very fillng.

  15. Just bought a pair of short this AM for my Florida trip- Size 14!!!! Inchs movin on down, even though the scale isn't.

  17. Just getting over an allergic reaction to nuts. Never had this before- scary. My mouth and throat broke out in little bumps and swelled. It must have swelled around my band to- I can't eat- just drink.

  18. Just got a call from the Doc- I am severely Vit. D defficiant. A year ok it was fine, now it is severely low. Mine was 18, they say anything below 20 is in the danger zone. So gotta up the supplements even more. Turn out this could be why I am having trouble losing more weight.

  19. Just made my own iced coffee at home- 1/3 of the calories of the iced mocha at McDonalds with all the flavor!!!! Gotta love a K-Cup.

  21. Just talked to another bander. She has lost 70 lbs and is where she wants to be. She ask how much I had lost I told her 50+ and I hoped to lose about 50 more. She quickly told me that would never happen. According to her you can only lose about 60% of your excess body weight.

  23. Last night I made meatless spagetti sauce and used spagetti squash for the pasta- Yummy and hubs was never the wise :)

  25. Listening to Duke Children's Radiothon on Mix 101.5. What a wonderful center. My God Daugther spent most of her life there and they were so good to her and the family. Now my nephew will go there next week and will be there for a month due to a major birth defect in his back. Thank God Duke Children's is here!
