Very tight since my fill on Thursday. Gonna give it one more day before going to have some fluid removed.

Shopped at my Conf. last night- I now wear a 14 pant and a L shirt!!! YEAH The scales may not move, but the inchs have!

Finding it diffucult to get back on the lapband "horse" after being with family for 5 days for my Grandmother's funeral.

Weight didn't move this am. Oh, well- today was a busy day so maybe tomorrow I will see the elusive 192. So looking forward to 180's.

Feeling really down in the dumps today, makes me want to drowned my sorrows in cookies, but I won't do that. Peach Mango Green Tea here I come.

Heading to acupuncture again today - who knew having needles stabbed in you could feel so good!!

Weight is still bouncing around from 193's to 195's - what in the world. I am doing everything I am suppose to.

Why is my band so tight today- there is no reason for it. Yogurt and water is the only things that go good.

Finally saw 189.8 this morning. I am finally slipping out of the 190's after 4 months there.

Looking forward to my appointment Thursday- getting HARD to fight the hunger. Band is way to loose.

Tomorrow is my one year bandiversary! 57 pounds gone, just feel a little let down that it's not more, but that is my fault.

Feeling nauseated and achey today- not good signs. I am suppose to get a fill this afternoon, but I am not so sure I should.

Just ate my snack. Nuts (almonds, cashews, pecan mix). All went down fine, but now I am nauseated. It's like my stomach decided it didn't like it once it got in there.

Hearty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl- 1 pack of instant Oatmeal, half a small apple diced, teaspoon of granola, sprinkle of unjury unflavored protein powder. This is an awesome breakfast. I can hardly eat it all, sometimes I don't, but boy is it good and it's healthy!!

Oh, the stress. All I want to do right now is sleep and excape thinking, but alas Monday is fast coming.
