    This AM I ate 1 cup of Special K with 1/2 cup of 2% Milk. I ate that at 5:30a and stayed busy at work when people started eating lunch I realized it was Noon! No crazy hunger for 6.5 hours on Cereal!! I gotta stay busy more often.
