Jenny- my goal weight is 175 I started this journey at 410 and I am currently at 340. I have 10cc as of yesterday in my band. I never really felt restriction until now. I can't even finish my protein shake I am still working on it from this morning I have had 8oz total today I think. I am getting a lot of conflicting information from my surgeon and my trainer so they settled on something which was 3 small meals and I can snack but right now I had a 1/4 of an avocado for lunch I feel comfortable right now so I am stopping, but some of my coworkers brought cake and sandwiches, but it makes my mouth water but I'm not hungry. There's I guess the head hunger. What was your initial weight and how much have you lost total?
