Ok so first day post op. I was a band to sleeve revision. My new stomach decided to swell. Now I can't eat or drink anything. I had my barium swallow done this morning for the leaks. No leaks just that the dye wouldnt go down!:\

Thats awesome congrats. I tried clomid one month and I got pregnant and miscarried at 5 weeks. It scared me to death and made me re-evalute everything. I need to lose weight first.

Cj how much weight did you lose?

Same page as you. My lapband slipped. I was doing so good on it, but I gained most of the weight back. I never got to really see if it worked for my pcos. I will be 30 in June and i fell the train is passing me by.

That's good. It would have been nice if that's how many days i got. I am on day 2 and i have a headache

Man oh man i just started the unjury diet which my surgeon uses. Its been a rough day so far everything reminds me of food. My mind and heart is in it though. I have to do this for myself.

Oh you do.... well first day is complete. I know what you mean about going number 1 i went a lot day. I am scared of dehydration.

Thank you for that. ... there is a light to the end of my dark tunnel. My food intake is pretty limited its either light fit yogurt,raw veggies, v8 juice, protein shakes and or sugar free jello. I can do this.

When I got my approval letter it was good for 6 months.

I am getting sleeved on the 30th... I got the band in 2011. I did great i started pre surgery i was 410 i got down to 330,but surprise surprise my band slipped. I gained back 55lbs. Its just such a big problem. Hopefully the sleeve will do all the band promised.

Are you ready for it? When do you start the 16th?

That would be me!!! I start next wednesday its going to be interesting. ... I have a list of what i can eat. Its not much but unjury protein shakes

So does anyone have a problem to where they sleep on their stomach and they get acid reflux? I am 7 months post op and I have about 10cc in my 14 cc band. There has been a big difference with this fill. I never used to throw up and now I do ( only when I don't chew as well) I also started getting acids reflux at night. Anyone else with this problem?

Although with any chest pain you should talk to your doctor. I also had that for a little over a week after I got banded. It is trapped gas also when I drank apparently I would swallow a lot of air then also. Hope this helps gas x and heating pads is what helped me. It will get better

Hi all, My name is Betty I got my band feb. 29th of this year. I have yet to get the results I want. I got the 14cc band and I just got my 4th fill today. I am up to 10cc right now. I wonder has anyone had the problem where you feel a little short of breath after fills? The band has helped me shed 40lbs, but I feel that it has not helped me a lot. I am still always hungry and I try to figure out when I am satisfied. My biggest hurdle is the over eating. I am almost at my 5 month mark. Does anyone have any particular signs of fullness? I know all people are different, but it would help to know. Thanks!

Well judging by your pic you look great! good job

It's pretty bad it will get better heating pad, walking around and gas x helped me. Mine was all the air they put in me. That's usually the pain everyone feels. Good luck and congrats
