How are those unflavored protein powders? Are they really unflavored? Lol I don't want a weird textureor anything, I'm so picky with that stuff too!

Hello all! My surgery was 7/18 so I'm only a few days out. I was wondering when did you start exercising? I don't want to mess up my healing process. I want to start walking inthe treadmill at least a mile, when did you start? Did you also start other types of exercises?

My day got better as it went on. It's actually 9pm and I'm not ready for bed :/ I have energy lol. I'm tempted to hop on my treadmill but I think I'm goona wait til about 7 days post op

Hello! I had my surgery weds, and I came home yesterday. I am so incredibly tired and do not have an appetite. I'm trying to drink my Protein but it's giving me nausea. My biggest concern is being so tired. I just want to sleep. Had this happened to anyone else? Is this normal? How long did it last for?

The only vitamins my dr told me to take are chewable multi vitamin and b-1. The multivitamin I'm okay with, but the b-1....not so much! The smell/taste of it preop woukd make me gag I don't know how I will do it now. It's not chewable....just has a very strong smell and taste. Anyone have suggestions for b-1?

What brand do you have?

Hello everyone! I just joined this forum after doing an internet search...and it looks like everyone here has some great stories and advice! I have surgery tomorrow...and I'm nervous as heck!! I'm 29 years old, live in California, married and have a 7 year old daughter. My highest weight was 293, staring weight before liquid diet was 292 and I weighed in yesterday to get my "final" pre surgery weight at 277...boy did I struggle with that. The liquid diet was so hard, but it got easier. Finally registered at the hospital as well, they didn't say I couldn't eat...just not past midnight..wondering if I should have a "last meal"....haha. Well, that's pretty much it. I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. Hope the pain isn't too bad after surgery. I've had a c-section before and that was painful! Thanks!
