Thank you so much for posting this! I am making them right now (literally! lol) They taste SO GOOD. As for flipping them, mine flipped easy, just make sure they are cooked on the bottom side before flipping, -

I was sleeved on July 18. I'm down 30lbs total (15 preop). I walk on the treadmill about 5x a week for 30-45mins a day, and jog for a few minutes in there. I feel like I'm loosing slowwwwww. But, I will take it! As long as that scale keeps going down and not up, it's okay with me -

My TOM was spotting day of surgery, stopped the day after, and came back for nearly 2 weeks. I'm extremely irregular, but this was a surprise. I hear it's common too :/ Blah. -
I get fage at Walmart. Plain flavor and non fat. I only have used it in smoothies so far. I tried it plain and I cannot do it lol but with some blended frozen fruit, Splenda, and torani syrup it's good to go

Smart and final has a ton of flavors and if you buy six they are 3.99 I stead of 4.99. I checked the site and they had recipes for like lattes and stuff.

Hello! Day 6 after surgery for me. I'm allowed to eat instant mashed potatoes, what are your opinions on adding shredded cheese, fully melted in? Just a small amount....do you think it will hurt my sleeve? I'm wanting something new to add to this week lol

Yes can you post a recipe for this quiche lasagna?? I am 8 days out and bored with foods!! I'm on soft liquid but my dr ok'd instant potatoes.... I want to start eggs and stuff, ricotta and other cheeses etc

I'm a few hours away, had mine last week....in Bakersfield. I haven't had heartburn, I actually haven't had any since surgery and I'm loving it, that was a major concern for me going in.

My surgery was last weds, 7/18. If they don't do the sleeve do you think they can do gastric bypass? When did you have the band done? How much did you loose? Did it malfunction? -
Yeah my surgeon said I can have instant mashed potatoes that are more on the runny side. The cheese worked out well
