  1. I made those instant mash potatoes (the flavored idahoan ones) and added extra extra water to make them reallllyy liquidy rather than normal thick mashed potatoes. I didn't over eat them though...just used as a separation from the normal plain liquids I was getting bored with. Kind of my treat Also, tomato soup was one of my favorites and still go back to it when I have one of those days where my band is reallllly tight. For me, tomato soup is usually thicker which fills me up more than regular soups.

    First Fill Today, My Progress!!

Congrats on the weight loss thus far! Each fill gets easier and easier... Eventually it's practically nothing! Me speaking who has had my share of fills lol some people take a while to find their "sweet spot"
  3. Hi all - it's crazy that I never joined this site in the beginning. Or maybe I did, but just forgot my log-in name. Who knows. Anyways, I am 4 years post LapBand. Doing pretty good with it. Up and down, but that's my fault, not the bands. It is just a tool and there are times where it's a user malfunction! Getting back into eating more healthy again and exercising again, so I figured I'd jump on here for that big HOORAY, and GOOD LUCK that you usually get from these sites! I broke my ankle in April and had to have surgery which kept me out of commision for almost 3 months (no walking at all) and of course, when you lay around bored because you can't do anything, you eat. So, I put on some more weight!! Now that I am back to being able to at least WALK, I'm ready to get back into the swing of things!! Glad to be apart of this site! Talk to you all soon!
