Hey just got my date for August 20th . Can't wait to see everyone's result

I'm excited to announce that I just got my surgical date has just been given for August 20th at 7:15 . I'm so excited to start my transformation and began my transformation If anyone has any reccomendations or advice I welcome it )((

Is there anyone post op that was diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome prior to surgery ? If so did it help with the symptoms especially stomache pain or is the abdominal pain still present after the surgery?

My nutritionist recc that I chew 30 time prior to swallowing. I have been practicing this but I find it very hard to do . Has anybody else been told to do this?

I have to take one more nutritional class and then I can schedule my sleeve . I am 5'4 and 240 lbs. I'm so afraid of what I will look like (vanity ...I know). I'm wondering if anyone started at this weight and what was your end results. Pictures would be GREAT!! Thank you
