Ahlan! I am a jersey girl born and raised. My father is egyptian. Glad i could get everyone together. I was sleeved 11/19/12 in nj. Starting at 4'10, 215. I am now 188. Im waiting for that person who went on a rant about smoking to pop up and give lectures. ................. And..... They have electronic cigarrettes called blu, avail in drug stores. I never smoked cigs or pot so my addiction isnt severe. Good luck ladies

I smoke sheesha once every three mnths when i go out with the girls. Some ppl on this thread have gone back to cigarettes which i never smoked before and wont start. So i am very well aware of what i am doing. Thanks for the lecture

Woke up, thirsty, had some water, drank my 30 g protein drink, took my vitamins and....im not hungry still 4 hours later. And....nauseous. I was hungry all the time, never nauseous and doing ok until today.

So, i decided on a new gym today. Went in, felt comfortable. The lady (janeen) made me feel very welcome. Turns out she is the spin instructor (i have always wanted to do spin) then as i was signing membership stuff and paying, really hot army soldiers walked in (in uniform). Bonus! Lol cant wait to start tomorrow!

Since pre op diet, ive lost 23 lbs....im loving this. Red shirt i was 212. Now im 188.

Why am i hungry? At all? Just sleeved nov 19th. Over clears, doing 64 oz of crystal light w/protein plus shakes (eas whey carb control) doing broths, had some yogurt, made protein jello.....sleeve only allows two teaspoons at a time of yogurt, or the pureed red lentil i made....my question is why am i hungry and so so easy to tolerate this stuff?

Got prevacid,, gatorade (my mouth was very dry despite drinking 65 oz a day) and pureed lentil soup today. Doing better. Cant wait to go tour some gyms

Im near bellmawr and audobon. I was at lucille roberts but cannot stand it anymore.

Anyone need a gym partner in south jersey? Im shopping for a gym with spin classes and sauna features, just wanna see if anyone wants to team up as a fellow sleevster?

Thanks fallen. That helped alot. I need to get fat free yogurt and my cottage cheese and start working out, in addition to the acid reducer. Ive been cra ving creamy. So im due for a store run to get my ingredients. Did you start excersising yet ? I want to do lots of cardio and looking for a gym with a sauna
