Yeah, i want to start some kind of routine now too, but its a bit hard bc i have lower back pain really bad. I want to at least start squats daily and some dry brushing and daily moisturizing to maybe help a little. Im just about a month away and im nervous as heck! But im still excited about the possibilities of a new life. Im ready to get this weight off, get my energy back, and live my life to the fullest! -

1. Running at least 5 times a week 2. Shopping in any store I want to and not worry if they carry 'plus sizes' 3. Wearing a pair of heels longer than an hour without putting flats on 4. Travel without being wedged in a seat on the plane fighting to keep the armrest down because its rising bc of my hips 5. Walkin confidently in a room lookin good in my skin and clothes without pulling and tuggin tryin to hide my love handles -

Im worried as well. Im 5'1" and 255 and my surgery is 12/3... I soooooo dont want the saggy skin, but I want this weight off even more. I just think about it this way, ill deal with it when the time comes... For now, I just want to be healthy... Best wishes to u girlie! -

Im right there with you. My journey began on 8/1/12 and i've had a date since then, but just got official insurance approval about 2wks ago. My date is 12/3, but they've been trying to move me up.... SMH!!! I'm content w/ 12/3... I'm ready though..... We got this girlie!!!!! It is on!!!! -
