Does having 85% of your stomach cause any internal issues?
bigsleeve56 replied to AthinnerAmy's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Everything is nicely attached and won't move don't worry about that. -
No matter what you need to get protien and water or you will lose muscle and hair. Working out to soon after surgery will not make things better your body needs to adjust. There is plenty of time to work out and when the weight is off the workout will get easier. Drink water work on protien and increase activity as you feel like and enjoy the ride.

Either way it can be cotributed to lack of oxygen and use of the brain. I will make smart asss coments to anyone weather they know me or not. It has changed since I lost weight I am not as intimidating as I use to be now I have to use my brain instead of size.

Do not beat your self up for small food things to learn to eat "normal" you need to learn how to eat some of anything and be alright with that. Beating your self up will leads to many problems. At 8 mths out I give myself some treats for good days and have learnd to be happy with the eating and that helps with control. Learn to have fun and not worry about food and enjoy life. -
Your drive will be way more fun on pain meds.
