I did not take it in a bad way. I actually got a chuckle out of it. I definitely was not built in a day. I just worry as I am literally stuck at the same weight for weeks and am not feeling the fullness I expected. I am limiting myself but not because my band is assisting me. -
I love the Greek yogurt, yoplait's light yogurt is great, particularly the strawberry or mixed berry.

Bmurillo That is the problem I am having. Some of our friends on this board discussed me not taking in enough calories. I get about 900 daily and add exercise and it is less. I am going to increase my intake a bit and see how that works.

I am going to try to boost it up a bit. I am so fearful of eating too much that I keep my intake low. Couple that with exercise and it is even lower. I also have a doctor's appointment on Thursday to discuss this. -

Yes congrats! I know that is a BIG victory. I remember feeling bad because I had a friend that I traveled with that did not even know there was such thing as a seatbelt extender.

Thanks so much. It is funny to hear I may not be eating enough. I did see the nutritionist but her directions were just information on the phases of diet etc. They did not talk about the stalling after surgery and what to do. No am finding there are a lot of things the left out. -
I am sure it was an experience but even with no fill, you don't normally live with a band on do there will be some resistance, just not as much as when you get your fill. Welcome to the other side of band life. We are all learning as we go along but it is a great journey with all our new friends on Lap band talk.
