Funny how when I was 340 lbs I didnt want my husband to see me naked and now at 155 I still dont. I finally showed him my belly this morning with the lights on... I just feel like I look good with my clothes on and then you unwrap me an I have hanging skin. Now I dont think it looks as bad as I have seen some look but am still self concious. I am still thrilled with my results but at my age of 45 I dont hold out much hope of my skin bouncing back. Too bad we cant donate extra skin to burn victims!! You cant.. I have researched it!!

my ring is falling off.. bought one of those plastic things to help keep it tight and now it's not working. Have to get it sized... from a size 9 to 6. Fingers are skinny now lol!!!

Daughter is in her last week of basic training and I raided her closet Size 8 jeans from American eagle Medium cardigan from New York and co I feel..... Normal Surgery feb 21 2012 sw 340 cw 155 been holding steady at 155-158 for about a month and a half... I'm happy!!

Ordered unjury for the first time on Wednesday... Excited that I got it today. I ordered the cheese sauce the chicken soup and the starter pack and I will let you know what I think of it all. Can't believe it got here so quick!

I too am a grazer.. Originally wanted the sleeve but opted for rny after consult with the worlds best surgeon .. Down around 196 lbs depending on which day of the week it is lol!!' But food has become like a friend or relative . It has always been there to pick us back up.. When that's gone our coping mechanism is gone . Before my dad was diagnosed with cancer he brought up to Me weight loss surgery and I was so hurt by that.. Now that he has passed I wish every day that he could see me now!!! He was right it was what I needed!! I only speak up when I am asked. But most overweight people don't want to hear! Remember??? Yes I make mine in a keurig and let it cool about 10 minutes before I add or ya it's clumpy.. No problems with coffee but didn't start drinking my one cup til I was about 9 months out date of surgery 02/21/12 surgery weight 340 lbs. current weight 146 lbs
