    Anyone Around 400 Pounds?

    I started at 340 and have lost 120 lbs as of today. Surgery was 02/21/12. Still have 55 more pounds to go. It's doable!!! The guys on here are just doing awesome!!!

  17. ... Came home from college and said I had to get some smaller clothes. I had been wearing the same 3x tops and have lost 118lbs... Went to dress barn and didn't have to buy jeans in the plus side ... Okay so the jeans are still a size 16 but hey progress right??! Started at size 28. Going to a football game in my size 16's

    I also track on my fitness pal but mainly make sure I'm getting my protein..went back to look at then and my carbs are all over the place. Still losing after over 6 months so I'm still not going to put much value on it. I know I'm a carb aholoc but don't eat even remotely like I used to

    Cmarie- it can be done. I start my morning with a protein shake 35g then throughout the day eat light baby bels, string cheese, 2 oz rotisserie chicken, boiled egg.. Eat something with protein every 2 hours during the day and you will hit the magic number

    I have drank one of those that is like zero calories or 50 cal did fine. Drank the powerade slushy from sonic and dumped horribly.. Learned my lesson there.
