  2. I was using those baby bel lights to supplement my protein... my surgeon wants me to do another shake... I too do one in the morning... and boy do I hate it. He said the try the unjury chicken noodle soup..so that's gonna be my next purchase. I have seen pretty good reviews.

    Im 8 months out and track in my fitness pal. I avg about 800 cal a day and 65-90 g of protein. I have lost 141 lbs... so it's working for me!!

    Water

    Water is pretty much the only thing I can do like I did pre-op. I can drink a bottle of water in a normal amount of time. I just still dont like the taste...or lack there of.. always add something.. my favorite is green tea peach mango by crystal light. Probably started around 2 months post op I could drink "normally"

    I know that protein shakes are horrible but try drinking one of those in the morning at least. 1 cup of 2% of milk and a scoop of protein mix and you are getting some extra calories and some much needed protein. Good luck honey
