Any carbs like bread or crackers makes me feel so sluggish... I avoid them even after a year my head still craves them but I really don't like the after affects. I haven't tried cookies... Never was much of a sweet eater... But lord those carbs.... -

Still having my pity party.. Trying to make good choices. Tonight leftovers for the family and I'm gonna have a crappy 1/2 a vege burger..boca.. Really hate them -

I always say I have 5 more pounds... When I get in the 150's I think I'll level out.. Already really starting now.. At 163 I haven't lost in 2 weeks... But it's cool.. I'm liking the way I look -
I would like to also add.. If you have made the decision to have this surgery you are already a success. It is alot of hard work to take control of your life. Use the tool like you are supposed to and kudos for taking any steps in the right direction.

There is a girl named Lisa Collum on the boards thy experienced the same thing. Ended up being severe dehydration. She was hospitalized and did all kinds of damage... Take care if yourself buddy

We are grilling out turkey burgers with stuffed feta and sweet potatoe fries with green beans -
